We used to love it here. This visit was definitely not fantastic. The atmosphere of drunken buffoonery has replaced the intimate elegance that we previously experienced. The filet was oddly tough, but overall the food was good. The halibut special was exceptional. The service was the saving grace of the evening; the staff were great. The absolute worst aspect, was that they inexplicably used cheap flimsy trays for the to go food. Hundreds of dollars of food was wasted because they couldn’t spring for a better option. The quality of the food doesn’t matter if it’s mixed together in the bottom of a bag.

I really enjoy this place! The customer service is wonderful. In a day where customers service is non existent Vic and Anthony's is staying on top of their game. I ask that they keep it up. I was here twice in a 48 hour period and truly enjoyed the ambiance, the food, the cocktails and the service.
Our waiter took forever to bring our food , our food was cold ! I wouldn't say it was but he never checked in on us and even giving us our ticket was a wait ! Never experienced this at any Vic & Anthony's ...I still have him 20%

Food & service was excellent. A bit pricey, but great food. It was quite noisy as the restaurant was quite busy. People were standing all over the restaurant. It was not relaxing at all.

Great service by Jamie.My ribeye was cooked beautifully. The herb risotto was amazing. The take home box(styrofoam plate) felt cheap. The crab cake was good, but not great.Will definitely visit again.
Started off with the glazed quail as an appetizer and then finished with the salmon and lamb with a side of the Au Gratin Potatoes. If you go here you need to try the potatoes at least once. It is worth all of the excitement over them.

My wife and I went to Vic & Anthony's for our 10th wedding anniversary. The food was the amazing and the service from Patrick was outstanding. Patrick made it a special experience and could not have asked for a better waiter.

Everything was super salty. Sent back one appetizer. Replacement also salty. Manager never came to table. Freezing cold inside. Very loud. Salt levels out of control on shrimp also. Ruined the whole dinner. Long time Landry's VIP member.

We were lucky enough to have Patrick as our server. He helped me pick out the right wine for our meal. Our steak was done perfectly, as was the rest of the meal. We come to Vic & Anthony's at least once every trip to GNLC!
Wonderful food and service. The crab cake appetizer was light and delicate. We shared a wedge salad and lobster bisque. My husband's steak was cooked to perfection and my fish was savory and light. Our server Stephen was wonderful, attentive and offered great suggestions and conversation. This would be a very special occasion place but it is definitely on our list when we want a 5 star experience.
It's always an awesome dining experience when we visit Vic and Anthony's at the Golden Nugget. From beginning to end they make you feel comfortable and seem to always suggest the perfect meal. Don't ever think we have ordered anything on the menu, it always been left to our waiter/server Patrick who is spot on with his suggestions. Patrick is Knowledgeable, honest and has a great personality. He definitely knows his job to perfection.
As excite as I was for the food I wasn't really impressed by the tastes of things , the meat tenderness and taste were on point but the side dishes were not it for me . It definitely could be adjusted tho , salt and pepper did not fix things at all but hopefully in the future they upgrade their taste of thing but overall the set up was nice , service was great and lively and time of service was punctual but honestly it's not a must for me to go again .

Steven was our server and he was fantastic! He made suggestions that were fantastic. The only this that was disappointing was they ran out of duck fat potatoes we really wanted to try. But Steven made a suggestion about the au gratin potatoes and they were delicious. Everything was great! We loved the whole experience and would go back again.

Ask for Elliott you will get the best service! There was a large party who ordered before us but we were able to get our food just ahead of them. It was only 2 of us and we were so grateful. Best steak in Lake Charles!
