We came over as a company 17 of us. Ms. Vickie took all of our orders and they had trainees at the grill. Mikell came in and remembered every order called and ran the team like a champ! Iām very impressed with her! Thanks ladies and your team for taking care of us.

February 21, 2025 0800 hrs.
After ordering our meal fairly quickly, the food came with cold grits and no meat. We waited and watched as customers who arrived after us, was eating their meal with the meats. We talked to the waitress and she informed is that another server stile out meats. 15 minutes later, the meat came, whe whole meal was cold and all they offered was a mere 10%, which lookd like it wasn't even deducted from the bill. Horrible experience, never again at this location.

Five stars for Mr. Tom who took excellent care of us tonight! Even with a limited menu due to the winter storm we just had, he went above and beyond to give us top notch hospitality! The cook was a lady who prepared all of our dishes to perfection. We had four adults and six children, and Mr. Tom took care of us with such ease and professionalism. Thank you for making our experience a great one, Tom and Waffle House!
