Five stars for Mr. Tom who took excellent care of us tonight! Even with a limited menu due to the winter storm we just had, he went above and beyond to give us top notch hospitality! The cook was a lady who prepared all of our dishes to perfection. We had four adults and six children, and Mr. Tom took care of us with such ease and professionalism. Thank you for making our experience a great one, Tom and Waffle House!
Okay so let me tell yall about Mr.Tom… So man is one of the nicest people ive ever met. He and the rest of the staff were amazing. He came to the table, took our order, made us laugh and the food was just as we ordered. I literally feel like we made a new friend here and we’ll be coming back and asking for Tom. Great experience
We had the pleasure of having Mr.Tom as our server, and the service was absolutely great!! Very fast, courteous, super nice which you don't find as much these days. Mr.Tom deserves a raise for going above and beyond! We will be back to have a great meal and be waited on by Mr. Tom.
