Had breakfast Sunday and this place nailed it yet again as always Waffle House in Moss Bluff is a cut above the rest. Keep it up.

Really it's 0 stars. None...I work concerts and events. So it's usually an all day affair from 7am to 11pm or longer. It's a long day I am tired as anyone would be. At the end of the day only one place is usually open. Wafflehouse. My order isn't complicated.double hashbrowns with cheese that's it. I get off, some of the people from the event are there. It's a little busy. I put in my order to go. I was told by the dark haired waitress. We're a bit busy I'm gonna wait to call you order. I'm okay with that. I am a former chef I understand. The grill dies down. My order isn't called. The waitress puts in two more orders. Takes those to the table. She is looking at me the whole time. Business starts to pick up again she looks over at me and finally calls my drop 25 minutes after I placed my order. Instead of getting the cooks attention to call the order, she very shyly calls it. The cooks obviously didn't hear her. They make five other orders. She then asks about my to go hashbrowns. They're like what to go hashbrowns? They were making a hash brown bowl for a costumer dinning in. They ended up giving me that costumers order because I waited so long. Now that costumer also had to wait. They put the my Togo order on a table and she didn't get it to me for another 5 minutes. I literally just grabbed it because she was too nervous while trying to get the bag to open. 45 minutes for a double hashbrown with cheese. This is not the first time the same waitress has forgotten to call my order however this was the longest time and it is the last time. I will specify that she doesn't take my order. Or I'll go to another store which is ridiculous to have to do that. I have patience but after 15 minutes of not calling my order out patience is out the door. 20 minutes of waiting your incompetent as a waitress. 40 minutes on an order that should have taken 6 minutes to complete. You need to find other work this isn't working out.

Top Notch. Avner, the manager, treats like a life long friend. If you get in a fight here and walk out with a new girlfriend, you’re at the wrong Waffle House!

The manager there is amazing. My kids asked to go there citing the reason being just to see him. Friendly environment. Good food like always.

Food was good, workers were yelling and we waited an hour for one of our orders. The new cook forgot about some of our food too. Other workers were apologetic.worst experience ever.

My father and I went there for breakfast, let me tell you, The Manager came to our table to check on us after we got our coffees and asked how everything was and I was so pleased once our food got to us, that I actually ate All my food, so did my father!! I told the Manager how awful the Baton Rouge location was and he was appalled even! I had such bad experiences with that location that I was afraid to go here in Moss Bluff, LA. But my father insisted, he said the food and service was phenomenal so I drive us here. I was very pleased, and will surely visit there once again for that wonderful breakfast and great tasting coffee and Orange juice!! I had to leave a nice tip,, because Again, I loved everything about this Waffle House! Keep it up !! AAAA+++

First and last time I go in there. I just moved to moss bluff I get off late so I eat wafflehouse a lot. Waitress forgot to call my order. When she did the cooks made it wrong. The cooks and Waitress were arguing over how the eggs were cooked. Of course I get upset i just paid 18 dollars for the wrong food. But everyone is looking at me like I'm in the wrong for being upset. If the cooks weren't too busy showing the other heavy metal songs. They could have paid attention. Instead of going across the street were its convenient. I'll just go to sulphur and then head home.

The food is just like any other Waffle House but the staff is just over the top friendly and nice I love this place
