As someone who refers to the Waffle House as my waffle home, I really enjoy the everything about Waffle House. This location is pretty terrible considering the amount of employees working (10).First, there are only 6 tables and 10 chairs at the bar. It’s set up to have a big waiting area. Worst designed Waffle House in my opinion.With enough employees for every table, I would have thought it would have been well run. The food was on par for the home, but service was abysmal. No clean table, significant waits for menus and beverages according to WH standards. We had simple orders of waffles with a side of sausage. Everyone was finished eating by the time the sides arrived. Better late than never I suppose. I’ll stick to the other locations in town.

BEWARE! The employees have nicknamed a co-worker "Food Poisoning", they call him that in ear shot of the customers - wonder how he got that nickname? Also, they started sweeping while making a lady her food, she asked Please don't sweep around my food - the sweeper looked at her like she was crazy and kept on sweeping. She asked again this time explaining that sweeping kicks up dust and she didn't want floor dust on her food - they completely ignored her! I'm willing to bet she didn't eat the food as she ordered it to-go. I'm Serve-Safe Manager certified - I'm very aware of my surroundings at all times. I also witnessed a waitress change the garbage bag in the men's restroom - when she returned she didn't wash her hands! Don't go to Hwy 14 either - its worse that's why I tried this one - fail! Ya'll are gonna kill someone!

We visited this Waffle House today (the grand opening), and the food and service were exceptional! The manager Avner is very friendly and has a great personality, and the food is excellent! Come check it out!
