Honestly will never go back to this Wendy’s my order was very simple the burrito meal and a coke with the French toast sticks and a caramel coffee. The person that took my order was extremely disrespectful first off. It was busy so I ignored it. I got my food and my drinks. For some reason I was given a Dr Pepper with no straw, and the coffee was not mixed at all. Overall horrible experience

I just went through there and ordered the chicken BLT sandwich bag meal with a Dr pepper barbecue sauce and an extra BLTs chicken sandwich and they forgot my extra sandwich so I paid 10 something for a $6 bag

I understand being frustrated with a larger order. But 4 biggie bags being met with a “oh hell no” at the drive thru almost had me drive away. There is always an attitude when ordering something small or large.

I tried a Cajun sandwich and baconator fries. The food was ok, but not impressive. The baconator fries was just an order of fries with some tangy cheese and a few bits of bacon. The store was clean. The service was fast and friendly.

I hate to even leave one star because we’re actually walking out of the restaurant because they would not take our order left a stain there watching us. Two girls were doing air fighting like they were acting like they were punching each other. They all were touching their hair and then handling food. Two girls that were I guess the window girls were leaning up against the machines there was no order in there. They were cutting up talking I think just totally not interested in even being at work even though that they were feeling orders they were there was more standing than there was actually working. I think the only person that was actually working was the person that was making the food because they couldn’t stop. If you’re gonna touch your hair wash your hands wear gloves if you’re gonna cut up an air fight and slip and slide like you know you’re gonna slip and fall behind the counter while you’re on duty do it in the back because I tell you what if they do slip and fall they’re gonna be staying in their heart and looking for workers comp

I ordered a Jr hamburger. It had cheese on it. They were out of ketchup packs...the fries were so cold and old that I wouldn't even feed them to my dog.
Been here three times, drove off twice because the wait in the drive thru is always so slow. They take forever. The only reason i stayed in line this third time is because i worked 14 hours today and just want a spicy chicken sandwich but it infuriates me that i have to be up at 3 am to do it all over again and im wasting precious time sitting in this ridiculously long wait. Each visit is consistently slow.

I’m never usually one to complain or even LEAVE bad reviews. I literally had to figure out how to leave one for this. I pulled up after getting off of my 7-5 job per usual and started to order by drive thru. The girl taking my order had an accent but I could understand her so here’s how this went down
“Hi ma’am what would you like to order” “Hey, can I just get a number 3 with a small fry, no combo?” “ okay, number three , what’s your drink” “Uhh no thank you, I’ll just take the nuggets and fries. I’m good without a drink.” (This is the point I heard her audibly sigh in annoyance) “What sauce you want?” “Uhm..barbecue please.” (I guess she didn’t hear me or it cut off so she said it louder and a little aggressive) “MAAM…do you want sauce on them?” To which I said “….on the side…??” I was obviously a little confused ..but still being nice, I heard her say something and audibly sigh again and she got cut off by some lady that sounded pretty aggravated..
“MAAM…SHE is asking you WHAT SAUCE do you want”
To which I was like okay..jeez…no need to be so rude… But I didn’t say anything and just continued “…barbecue please” And she went “Okay and the drink” I said “No ma’am I just wanted the nuggets and a small fry”
To which she responded with another annoyed sigh and goes “Small fry Nuggets with barbecue and that’s it??” “Yes ma’am”
As I responded that time , I saw she hadn’t changed it on the screen as I was about to drive off and said “Wait…you put the fries on there right”
And I heard her literally sigh and go back and change it before she spoke again “. YES…We got the fry. Total is 8.90”
To which I said “okay..thank you.” And drove to the window… I got my food and paid and they said nothing to me as I said thank you…which I didn’t mind that part but just the way she spoke to me and acted all annoyed rubbed me the wrong way.
As I drove away, I opened my bag that they just handed me and everything was literally spilt over in the bag. If it was a rush thing that’s fine but there was only one person ordering behind me…
So it just seemed a bit rude and strange. Sorry to make this so long but I just don’t think I’ve ever talked to any of my customers at the vets office the way she did to me..especially since I made sure to be respectful all the way until the end. I just wanted my food bro..and y’all just like threw it around and yelled at me over the speaker. Not cool girl. Please treat the next person that gets confused a little nicer? I understand if you were having a rough day but please don’t try to take it out on your job and paying customers…
