We received service in an "okay" amount of time. Food was fast. The atmosphere was dreary. No one seemed like they wanted to be working. Not asking for exceptional customer service but it could improve. Maybe they were just having a bad day.

We stopped in at 10 am before my doctor appt. They were not busy at all. The dining room floor was absolutely disgusting. After placing our order and getting our drinks we went to find our table, on the floor was a live roach. Service was par but the food overall was lacking freshness. At the time we visited the air conditioning seemed to be broken.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance by the handicapped parking was difficult to navigate due to the foyer being small.
Waiting in line for 10 minutes with only 1 other person in line ? not worth waitingI understand you have drive thru as well but atleast take an order for those that go

The food was decent. Ordered a large queso fry, queso burger, 4 for 4. The queso fry was extremely small for 4.59 ! The burger was delicious ?. My son loved his 4 for 4, which was cheaper than a kids meal.

Ask for a Baconator and received a Dave Double. So I paid $3 more for a sandwich that I didn’t even like. I also ordered a Parmesan salad for my girlfriend and the croutons where completely crushEd. The chicken was also old and rubbery. Terrible service from tonights cooking staff. Don’t eat here. Just go by the one near McNeese.
