October 8 2025 650am left in a good mood. Staff was extremely nice and didn't seem fake. I hope they get paid more then the other 99.9% of the other people that live out here that are mean rude people to start your day off horrible

COLD OLD FOOD. LOBBY ISNT OPEN AT 12 NOON. AND HAD TO WAIT 10 minutes for OLD COLD FOOD. Also didnt have my drink i ordered ,so they just fixed a random drink and brought it out.

Came through last night bought a big order they made the food in 20 mins with only 2 ppl in the store and they had cars wrapped around the whole store they did an amazing job Job last night ur and food was great I’ll definitely come back to this store to prefer food again they where very nice and respectful and andfood was best I ever ate in fast food thanks again for ur service

Before we got to the window, we saw ANNE holding some dollar bills. I approached the window and heard another employee tell ANNE that she couldn't take money that a customer left because she would get in trouble. Ordered the $7.00 meal. Got the bag, and the fries were cold. I asked that they make some fresh fries. ANNE asked me to pull up to wait for the fries. Okay. No drink. She brought the fries, and I asked where my drink was. She acted like we didn't order one. ANNE IS RUDE. The manager should deal with this employee. I WILL NOT BE BACK!

The reason I rated the atmosphere A 1 because the music in the background was so NOT DIVERSE, when you expect a diverse customer base with the location being diverse and very close to a university everything is expected to be diverse or just none at all. I realize this is not going to change anything but I wanted to make sure my voice is heard and I will not be coming back again.
I’ve been just a handful of times because my son loves Wendy’s. But geez this place is awful. I get two meals no special instructions and they still mess it up 🤦🏻♂️. Whoever owns this place needs to go under cover.

I love Wendy’s, so my husband and I decided to get two #1 meals. However, after being asked to pull up and wait, we were disappointed to find that our fries were cold when we finally got our food. It didn’t make sense to us to wait and still receive cold fries. If we have to wait, the food should at least be hot. Do better.

Ordered my food in the drive-thru and was asked to pull forward. I sat in the spot reserved for this for a while, so eventually I checked my phone and saw on my banking app that I had paid 17 minutes earlier and my food had still not been brought out. I pulled around to the window again and told them I was still waiting on my food. The worker at the window seemed not to know who I was. They then proceeded to tell me that they were working on it now. When I told them I had been waiting for over fifteen minutes and I didn't understand why they were only just working on it, they tried to tell me it took a while, then tried to tell me they had only just gotten it, probably a few other excuses I didn't process. They became upset with me for “having an attitude” when I refused to pull forward—again—and because I was annoyed at having to wait 20 minutes for fast food. While I sat at the window and waited, it took maybe three minutes for them to actually complete my sandwich, and they still made excuses for why it should have taken 20.
Gave me the wrong sauce and all the wrong food
