The person taking the orders was not personable at all. “What else” over and over. Must’ve been go home time for him. After you pay, they ask you to go crane your car into these tiny parking spot in a corner of the lot. Not the greatest customer service. Regarding the food, the sandwiches were bland, my son didn’t finish the nuggets, all 5 fries were old and limp. Definitely will NOT be going back to this location!!

They didn't know what was going on, the shift manager came in and talked to everyone while we was ordering. Then they soaked the floor with greasy water and my mother fell. Had to go to the hospital and everything. They didn't care and didn't help at all. Didn't want to do an accidentReport either. Horrible

I stop here because I love Wendy’s salads in general. It’s lent season so Friday I got a fish sandwich from there . They. overcooked it the fries weren’t fresh either they were dark . To top that off the staff aren’t friendly at all. They can at least smile and say thank you ! Our money is what give them a paycheck ! I hope their service all around gets better !

“Quality is our recipe” Funny slogan for the worst fast food I have tried. The welcome is surreal with employees in tongues, sitting on a stool and without a dress code which suggests that they work in the restaurant, the price for a pretzel bacon menu doubled at 14 dollars disconnected given the quality of the food: sandwich dry and tasteless, charred bacon and little sauce. Extremely salty fries with a rancid taste, and a soda machine that no longer delivers anything except water (I tested Diet Coke, 0, Sprite 0 and lemonade). In short, an enigma to see customers still ordering here when there is so much better all around... mystery

when i got there i pulled into the drive through to pick up a phone order i was told i had to come inside to get it and when i tried to get inside the doors were locked and there were people sitting there trying to get inside. when i finally got in the service was terrible it looked like no one knew what was going on and my food was cold when i finally received it.
Went to 2 different ones. We got no service,dine in was closed, although the ad showed dine in was open. We got back in our car and drove to Tony’s Pizza. They were open and welcomed us with a smile and open arms.

Long wait in line and over 10 minutes wait in park lane. Incomplete order and wrong item brought out after wrong order brought to car. No sauce or ketchup, as requested. Beverages brought out after I let employee know there were supposed to be two beverages . Will not go back to this one. It used to be a decent location. Not anymore.

Drove through the drive thru, there is usually a sign at times saying ' No meat, just fried foods, ' or someone will come on the intercom saying, " We aren't serving right now". And it's 7am Breakfast time. The Parking lot has trash all over it, the workers are loud inside; cursing, playing loud music, and a hint of weed wafts through the window at times. The inside trash cans are always full; your order is wrong, wait 30-45 minutes to get it. Who is running this Wendy's on McNeese Street in Lake Charles, La? The Crips or the Bloods? Avoid this place.
