I've never got the hype about the burgers but I do enjoy their breakfast items. If only they could consistently get my order correct. I order on the app on a regular basis and at one time the manager got to know me-- because she remembers my order is often wrong. The crew will always make it right, but it's never ready at the time noted in the app.

Horrible service. 20 minutes in drive thru. Inside service the same. They gotta get it together!
No baby changing table in either bathrooms is criminal. Do better.
I love Whataburger but the one on country club is the slowest and worst customer service ever of any place I have ever been. Grew up on this restaurant so I know speed is not what they are known for but 45 min to get an order when inside and 30 at drive through is a bit much…….. I am in the drive through writing this review and will still have plenty of time after
Update to top it off it wasn’t even the right order when I got home from drive through
Straight garbage. I have never been to this location since they opened bc I let the newness wear off. I like to pay cash, there was a kiosk that does not accept cash. Stood at counter for 10 minutes before someone acknowledged my presence. Food was cold. Not made to order. Took forever to get the food. A simple basic burger with fry and drink. 15 minutes. Don’t waste your $14 on a crap burger not made to order
Waited in line for 35 minutes because I was blocked in & couldn't get out (by the way there were only 2 cars ahead of me in my lane). By the time I got to speaker to order I decided to stay & order because I had already been waiting for forever, right? 10 more minutes go by before a girl comes on the speaker, sounding like she couldn't care less & says "ummm, i don't know if you still wanted to order but likeee we're out of like a lot of things and we're like super busy sooo, that's up to you" I asked if they had stuff to make a whatachicken sandwich and she said "uhhh no i don't knowww we're like reallyyyy busy and out of a lot of things".... so you're telling me i waited 35 minutes PLUS another 10 just to listen to you tell me that? I drove off & guess what, there were only 4 cars in the parking lot & almost no one inside. Thanks for wasting an hour of my night. I've worked in the food industry & this is by far the worst customer service I've seen. Sorry excuse of a whataburger & sorry excuse of the worker on the headset.
