My food is always good from Wingstop but I usually go to the Nelson location being my home is closer there. I’ve been working near this one on Ryan so this is the store I have to choose because my breaks are so short. I ordered 15 minutes before my break time and still had to wait an extra 20 into my lunch break. I had 5 minutes to eat my food. They were busy and may not have enough staff but it doesn’t help that the manager is barely helping and walking around on his phone. Then has the nerve to tell the lady she can’t grab the bag but he standing there in front of her bag of food scrolling on Facebook.

The workers are disrespectful and awful if i was an owner i dont understand how i could come to this location and think it was better than the other. The cooks are awful the food is terrible. The woman in front acts like its a problem to serve people and ive seen some of the workers reach into customers boxes and grab food and just eat it

The food is good, but I went last night accompanied by my husband and my three children, since we entered the place the girl who is in front attending made us some fuchi gestures and the boy who was taking the order very despotic and unpleasant, I can only say that if they do not like their work they can leave it and grab something more of their liking the customer service is very important your attitude for them with your behavior you can ruin a night of dinner to a beautiful family wanting to go out for a while to enjoy their dinner, I hope they see my comment so that they try to change their attitude that is horrible towards the diners

They didn’t put hardley and arson on my wings it’s just plain without any flavor. The fries were very greasy without any seasoning what so ever. I will never go back to this location.

Wings were ok. I don’t ever come here because i simply don’t get a chance to. Today my son and I came in to eat and I’ll start by saying the lady taking orders was extremely rude!!!! Every order she took before ours and including ours she was very just ugh like she hated it there. She asks her questions but with a very mono tone with no enthusiasm just very blah and straight forward. The atmosphere is miserable! To the point we aren’t eating inside we will eat in my car!! It’s about 110* in here I’m guessing AC doesn’t work, the door is closed, it’s hot!!!!!! Which could be why the worker is miserable in her attitude as well. It’s dirty! Stuff all over the counters and the drink area, as if they don’t check regularly and wipe down. Tables are gross and the floors are sticky. There’s only two other people in here aside from us so it’s not hella busy. Probably my last time coming here. This is a sad sad place to eat. As I’m writing this review someone else walks in says I’ve never been here and she’s asking him what flavor and he says “let me see I’m not sure” she replies “well the list is on the wall read it and tell me because i can’t pick a flavor for you” yalll my mouth dropped! After reading some of these reviews from months ago it’s clear the owner doesn’t take time to read them or does care because the rude lady is still here with her attitude! I’m appalled!!

Lady taking orders in the front is so disrespectful she always has an attitude, saying curse words to guest that are just trying to pick up they order/place an order i don’t know her name but she wears glasses lol you would think someone with glasses with be smart but this lady was dumb it’s so sad that you treat guest like that and think it’s okay fire her immediately

It’s been about eight years since both my husband and I have had wing stop. We decided to give it a shot on a whim. First thing, I asked the guy at the counter if we could sample a couple of flavors (Cajun and atomic) and he came and delivered. He was super friendly and helpful! We got two combo meals along with veggies and ranch. We each halved our combos with Cajun and Atomic. The lady that brought out our food was super kind and made sure we had EVERYTHING that we needed. The only thing that was a bit of a disappointment was that the drink selection was few, and the fries were sweet. But they looked good! The veggies were fresh fresh as if they just cut them up and cleaned them and the ranch was so good! The playlist had us shimmying in our seats while we ate and the tv placements were super ideal! I just wish there was a trashcan so we didn’t have to leave the trays on the table. Next time we decide to go back we will take the forty minute trip to this location!
