I went here on 2 separate occasions, the first time was for tenders & onion rings, and they were drowned in grease. So I gave it a second chance days later and ordered some crawfish nachos. The chips were too stale to chew and the cheese was OLD. Made me so nauseous, I couldn’t continue. I would not under any circumstance ever recommend this place to anyone, SERIOUSLY! Also, the snowball syrup they use made my tongue numb. When I returned back to politely let them know, she pretended she couldn’t understand and walked away to let her teenage son handle it, which basically ended with him agreeing that they do have a “rubber-like” texture and it’s because of the “cheese”. When she showed me the “fresh” bag of chips she used, it was nearly empty and I had just left there an hour ago. After me consistently saying I cannot eat this the younger man responds, “there’s nothing I can do, you’re not getting a refund”. Then shut the window in my face, I don’t review on things unless I need people to know something’s a serious matter. I just got out of the hospital just to get nauseous and feel sick again, not cool. I hope you all have a blessed day and always take into consideration other experiences and choose wisely, cause the choice is yours. If you can help it, make it @ home.

The service was horrible. The staff is not customer service friendly at all. The flavor of the snowball was watered down, my snowball had no juice or flavor. I asked the lady for more juice for my snowball she refused. She stated that when it melts the juice will occur. I will not be going back

Wings (Kicking Bourbon )were great, fries were freezer burn and tasted old. Price different than what’s on app.

The prices were misleading and the food wasn’t very good. I ordered a shrimp poboy, and the cashier rang it up for $1 more than the listed price. When I pointed this out, she said that the menu prices had been updated (but they actually hadn’t on the posted menu. So she walked over to the menu and scratched out the prices with a marker, but the actual prices still weren’t listed anywhere. So as a warning, make sure you know the price before you order because it’s not what’s listed.

Then, once I got my food, the snowball was ok, but the bread was stale and some of the lettuce was brown and wilting. I won’t return here for the food.

The pictures of the food and the food received are totally different.
