This place is a mess! They take forever on your order then mess everything up, change prices, and the food they post is not what you get when you order! I’m not taking about looks I’m talking about completely different ingredients and everything! Even if you show them what they posted they will still make up a menu item and argue you down. I do not recommend this place to anyone! Stay away!

Usually we order food from here which is always a 5 ⭐ but today my Mom and myself decided we wanted a snowball. Well my Mom wanted a stuffed chocolate one with condensed milk And I ordered a clear bubble gum with condensed milk 🤫 The lady barely spoke any English and took our order acted like she understood and off she went to make her snowballs. Well it took her a little while but she came to the other window with snowballs and I was kind of looking at her a little funny cuz she had very white snowballs but I figured it was the condensed milk so I took them and my mom tasted hers and was a little confused because it was actually really no taste but condensed milk so I asked her if that was chocolate and she said yes well after checking further it was not chocolate and there was no ice cream in it tasted mine absolutely not bubble gum. Long story short she had to call somebody from across the parking lot to come over, a man comes over and I tell him the situation and he says well she was out of ice cream which she claims she put in mine instead of mamas but he says she was out and that she had a lack of communication because she didn't speak very good English and all but there was no refunds he said I said well there will be today because she messed up and not us and he kept telling me no refunds The long story short I got my refund because it was not me who messed up it was her. Oh and by the way 2 snowballs that was $3 a piece I know we added extra like the condensed milk and we paid for the ice cream they claim they didn't have but they put in mine instead of my mother's, two snowballs that added up from $3 to over $11 dollars. But remember I didn't want ice cream in mine we only wanted it in my mom's

Excellent food at an affordable price. The menu is diverse to accommodate many different tastes. It really hit the spot for everyone with the fish & shrimp, cajin fries, cheese fries, onion rings, and loaded nachos. They also have empandadas, but I unfortunately was unable to go back to try the empandadas... I'm sure they are amazing... maybe next time.

I went here on 2 separate occasions, the first time was for tenders & onion rings, and they were drowned in grease. So I gave it a second chance days later and ordered some crawfish nachos. The chips were too stale to chew and the cheese was OLD. Made me so nauseous, I couldn’t continue. I would not under any circumstance ever recommend this place to anyone, SERIOUSLY! Also, the snowball syrup they use made my tongue numb. When I returned back to politely let them know, she pretended she couldn’t understand and walked away to let her teenage son handle it, which basically ended with him agreeing that they do have a “rubber-like” texture and it’s because of the “cheese”. When she showed me the “fresh” bag of chips she used, it was nearly empty and I had just left there an hour ago. After me consistently saying I cannot eat this the younger man responds, “there’s nothing I can do, you’re not getting a refund”. Then shut the window in my face, I don’t review on things unless I need people to know something’s a serious matter. I just got out of the hospital just to get nauseous and feel sick again, not cool. I hope you all have a blessed day and always take into consideration other experiences and choose wisely, cause the choice is yours. If you can help it, make it @ home.
