Old school atmosphere and old school prices.
Any time I'm craving Mexican Tex Mex, I come here...all the way from St Rose. Its always fresh and delicious with impeccable service. It's not fancy but it hits the spot every time. Skip the newer restaurants and come here instead. Atmosphere isn't blog worthy but the food and service certainly is.

I think people forgot about this place, with the two newer restaurants that opened. I tried the two others and still prefer El Mexicano. Our to go place.
