Not sure why there's so many negative reviews. This is the only Rallys location I go to. Food is always hot and fresh. Only messed up my order once and then fixed it right a way.
#1 I am a fan of Rally’s … wish we had some in North Texas#2. Card decline because ccv or exp date was entered wrong … no cash accepted here … had to find another card after employee error#3 No ketchup at a place famous for its French fries#4 my one burger ordered as meat and cheese only, came with mayo and all the veggies… order was repeated and I was the only car in drive-through#5 was given a scowl by the lady who I asked to redo my burger#6 my food was good!

Order two combos and the drinks were missing for both of them. Told the driver and he said they told him we had no drinks but if they would have look at the receipt both of them would have noticed ? I left a review for the driver too
