July-20-2024 PLEASE STAY AWAY! Waiters Are Dirty! So I’m assuming That’s How I have food poisoning today! I walked in nobody greeted me stood at the please wait to be seated sign for about 5 mins I was sent to the bar, made it to the bar the bar tender was rude she wiggled her fingers at me to come to her. So I prefer my food which was a steak nacho and 2 soft shell tacos. After paying the bar tender sneezed about 6 times wiping her face with her hands and went to the lemons cherries and things on that side of the bar, with no gloves started condensing things by had touch raw food with no gloves and wiping it on her clothing. I took that as a sign to get a refund but I didn’t because she walked off fast and went went to get my food. Woke up today with food poisoning. Beef was hard and rubbery and the nachos was soggy and over whelmed with cheese.

A large group of senior ladies gathered for dinner Wednesday night. Our poor young server seemed to have had no training nor supervision; she was confused about proper order of service, and how to get orders done correctly. Three people had cold, too salty, inedible food, and nobody seemed to care. Food was delivered to wrong people; food arrived sporadically; frozen margaritas had big chunks of ice. Several peoples’ food was not what they ordered. Has the restaurant ownership or management changed? Food nor service is NOT what it used to be! So sad that another good Laplace restaurant has gone downhill.

Everything is ALWAYS delicious here!! Our service is just as great! We never have issues when we come !
