When living in Arizona, in the middle of the summer heat, we ordered a solid amount of sausages, jerky, and bacon to bring with on a camping trip in the rockies. It was utterly delightful to wake up, eat gourmet smoked bacon fresh from a campfire and watch the sun rise. I believe this is some of the best andouille! Great customer service. Variety of products such as andouille sausage, smoked chicken, smoked chicken sausage, smoked sausage, smoked leg quarters, hog head cheese, smoked turkey necks, and etc. Their smoked meats are game changers for Cajun dishes like gumbo, jambalaya, pastalaya, and etc.
