The view is great. It's on the water. Looking out is beautiful and peaceful. Sweet potato fries are delicious! Shrimp tacos brings the heat! So if that's you, go for it! I am super sensitive so I struggled! A good place to try if you are in the area!
Nice off the beaten path place to go. On Lake Pontchartrain with nice views. Food was good, the service was great, it has a rustic atmosphere. Definitely will return when in the area.

I ordered the gumbo with shrimp, and it was absolutely fantastic—rich, flavorful, and seriously, I wiped the bowl clean. It was the definition of yummy!
Beyond the incredible food, the service was outstanding. I arrived right before closing, and they still welcomed Me warmly.... That level of kindness and accommodation...
