Jacob's World Famous Andouille

I drop almost $300 every time I walk in the door. Usually about once a year. Do I need to say anything else?

The best Andouille around

Bought some andouille, Tasso, and hothead cheese about a week ago. Everything was great except the hothead cheese. I bought a pound of the mild and a pound of the hot. It was the worst hoghead cheese I have ever purchased. I threw both of them in the garbage.

My grandmaw is from reserve and has been getting their andouille for years.
I make my gumbo with their andouille, tasso, and smoked sausage. I'd use the chicken as well but I smoke my own.
Unless you can show me better, I think it's the best around!

Fast friendly service with the absolute most authentic Cajun style food anywhere. The items I purchased today were delicious including the andouille, hog’s head cheese, tasso, cracklins and pralines. I can’t believe I forgot to buy some boudin. I live out of state but I’ll make the 1 1/2 hour drive next week to get my boudin and some more hog’s head cheese because my family ate it all 😳. I recommend Jacob’s 👏🏼

High quality meats and sausage. Fair prices, and good selection.

When you enter the store, the wonderful smell of smoked meats greets you. The space inside is small, but the selection is wide. The friendly staff helps you with your selection and gets you out quickly. My gumbo is not gumbo without Jacob's smoked andouille : )

A staple for locals, and a must-visit for out of towners!

Once I got my roux the color of a 1973 Ford Ltd (medium ginger metallic) I added my trinity, homemade chix stock, and the absolutely superb andouille and smoked chicken breast from Jacob’s Famous. I could not be more pleased with the quality and value of these meats. Great gumbo thanks to Jacob’s Famous!

Sausage and andouille is great, well smoked. Ladies there super helpful and friendly.

I believe this is some of the best andouille! Great customer service. Variety of products such as andouille sausage, smoked chicken, smoked chicken sausage, smoked sausage, smoked leg quarters, hog head cheese, smoked turkey necks, and etc. Their smoked meats are game changers for Cajun dishes like gumbo, jambalaya, pastalaya, and etc.

Not only is the andouille I ordered fabulous, but these folks took the time to call and inform me that there were much cheaper shipping options available to me. Will 100% be doing business with them again. Thanks y'all
