So sad they don't taste as good as they did before the storm in 2021. Now, you all don't make them as spicy and add WAY TOO MUCH celery salt to your recipe. Stop that and just use some real celery! Put the lemons and celery in the water like you used to and double the crayfish boil...not the toni sacheri's or season-all! Bring back the flavor, please!

I love this place it’s very convenient when I’m in a rush,they have everything I need in spur of the moment. I do miss eating the crawfish but it’s just way to spicy now but other that that it’s a go

Hot lunch cafeteria style and it is great food but I go there for the gumbo. It's not for mediocre gumbo eaters this is gumbo by definition there's bone spitting hand picking all out messy goodness in a cup. I grew up eating gumbo like this and I love it to this day. If your in the area don't be scared to stop get you a plate of hot food and a large cup of gumbo rice on the side you'll be good on food for the rest of the day. ?
