It's a canes, so I can't really make the rating lower than a 3, but man when you travel to new orleans and finally get to be able to try canes when it's never been near you it's pretty disappointing to get every single item in a $60 dollar order undercooked and lacking literally any salt or seasoning. It makes it even worse when you literally only have 5 items on the menu. The toast I got wasn't toasted, the fries were soggy and lacked any salt, and the chicken was just slightly undercooked and had no extra flavor besides chicken and breading. Plus, I had requested my fries to be EXTRA CRISPY, the restaurant wasn't busy, and I had given them an hour notice on the mobile app before I was arriving, AND I picked it up the second that they were bringing it out for food. I am very sorry for the length of this, but the list could go on and on for how difficult it is to mess up making the same food you make all day every day.Picture are of the "toast", idk about that.Small edit: I ordered on Wednesday the 13th at 5pm and set it for 6pm pickup. Then picked it up at 5:55pm as it was being carried to the takeout spot. Hopefully this info can help
Better than most fast food but there really isn't anything fast about fast food any more. They are at least nice and the food is always hot. I eat here more than any other fast food place.
I have always had a pleasant experience with the Laplace canes but my most recent visit, they had me sit in the parking lot for over 20 minutes waiting for 2 caniacs.. if I wanted to wait in a parking lot for my food, I would’ve gone to Popeyes. service seems to be going downhill. I have NEVER had to sit in the parking lot and wait for food here before now.

This restaurant is OK for chicken fingers. I think it's a little too pricey the prices have gone up a lot and the size of the chicken tenders are a lot smaller.

Nice atmosphere and excellent chicken fingers, the sauce is the best there is. Just need bigger strips, they are getting smaller and smaller.
