This place used to be horrible. Manager used to be nasty. Doors used to be locked and food was super slow.NOW THIS PLACE IS AWESOME. Super clean inside, atmosphere nice and pleasant. Manager now is friendly and professional and I will definitely be back. Awesome experience overall.

First off a positive . The food was delicious! Ordered the burrito box with tacos.Now the negative. Ordered online ahead of time. When notified it was ready I drove over. They were short staffed. Waited in the drive up line for 20 minutes. When I reached the window my food still wasn't' ready and they started fixing it. Frustrating!

Went to this TACO BELL a couple days ago. I ordered the cravings box for my daughters ! We got home and there was a nasty finger nail in the food !! My child was sick and tormented.. People please be careful.. people don’t care anymore!!!

Chronically understaffed!!! Management doesn't make any adjustments like closing the dining room to help out when they are short staffed. There should be more than three employees to run an entire restaurant!Don't even bother going inside, they won't acknowledge your presence for 20+ minutes, even when you're the ONLY customer there. Don't order thru the taco bell app it only confuses them and actually takes longer to get your food.Save your time and drive down the road to St. Rose Taco Bell. They are fully staffed and will get your order correct the first time.

Husband just went to the drive through. The dingbat at the window was on her phone and literally just threw the bag at my husband and walked off, didn't even give him his drink. And of course no one would dream of actually answering the phone when you call. Just trash.
