We received our king cake on 15 Feb for an event on 1 MAR. Yes, that is a 2 week time, however, Bailey’s ships their king cakes shelf stable. Shelf stable means it can be safely stored without refrigeration. When we opened our king cake, it was filled with mold. I contacted Bailey’s and was told “it should’ve been consumed earlier.” The paper they ship with their king cakes says “shelf stable.” It doesn’t say “shelf stable only for shipping.” I’ve ordered from Baileys in the past and shipping (which I know is out of their control) took quite some time. So this time, I ordered early for my event. I’m upset that the business didn’t try to make it right. I’m upset that Bailey’s blamed me for the mold in their “shelf stable” product. I will not order from Bailey’s again. I will no longer recommend their king cakes to anyone asking for them.

we have tried several King cakes and Baileys is the ONLY one that is delicious!!! We already had a second one ordered before the first was gone, it's that good! Owner was very friendly and prompt on pickup time! we did 1/2 plain and 1/2 angel cream!

We eat here several times a week. The staff is so amazingly sweet and they always give my babies a few extra donut holes. I'm addicted to the boudin kolache. Love love this place!!
