Pull pork quesadilla with jalapenos, fries, and banana pudding- absolutely delicious! The quesadilla was soft inside with crunch on the outside. The flavor was salty from cheese, sweet from the pork and spicy from the jalapeños. It worked so well together! The cheese and BBQ sauce caused a bit of grease to pool in the bottom of the dish, so I struggled to get through the last of it. The fries were nice and crispy, though! My boys tore up these brisket tacos and ribs! We tried this place for the 1st time since we were at a track meet at the high school right down the road. We’ll definitely be back!
