Good food and great staff. The gm needs to update prices , if the reader board is showing one price that's what the employees should charge, bait and switch ads are illegal

No matter what time you come through and even if you're the only customer, they ask you to pull up and they'll bring your order out. Today there were three cars waiting when I'd finished paying and she said, "could you try to pull over to the side? We don't want our wait time to go up." There wasn't much room to maneuver, but I managed and waited at least 5 minutes. In the meantime no one else arrived. Who cares about my wait time?

It had been along time since I had burgerking, so I come all the way across town to get a meal. Will be a long time before I come bac k Also. I'd estimate we waited about 10 minutes in the drive through for the one car in front of us to give their order. Then probably another 10 to 15 minutes to place our order. Had I not drove al l the way across town, we would have just left like many of the others. But finally we pull forward to pay, and we are asked to pull forward and wait again for our meal to be brought out.. then once our meal come we were just about to pull away. I thought after all this waiting I better check to make sure the order was all there.. and thankfully I did. Because I would have been heated had I got home to realize I waited half an hour and they didn't even give me my burger, nor a recipt. I reversed back to the p ay window and sat there some more til they got my burger made... it looked like there was only 2 people working inside.. Obviously they need more than just 2 people... and they were out of diet coke and do not have unsweetened tea. The food was good. But just a shame they have those poor employees so understaffed.

The employees are really good at their jobs, my only critique is that it surely seems to me that they don't have enough workers during peak periods...like noon-ish, lunch hour.

Half of my order was missing from an Uber Eats order, called the store within 5 minutes of receiving the order and they claimed everything was in the bag. It's the wrong drink type too. Never again

For several years I've not ordered from Leesville Louisiana bk because the dine in order I and my family got was all messed up, plus customers were already complaining about their orders being wrong when we arrived. Of course orders are wrong because half the staff was high and smelled like Marijuana so I stopped going for years. Yesterday 08-12-2024 my girls really wanted spicy chicken fries so I ordered them both the 12pk. 1 pk was mozzarella and chicken fries and the other was nothing but mozzarella fries. The chicken fries were way over cooked and hard. My order was supposed to be only spicy chicken fries. The only reason I gave 3 stars for the atmosphere is because the lady at the window was extremely kind and very pleasant to talk too. My strong opinion about Leesville burger King is this, it sucks and I will not be going there again for many more years or at least until I hear that they have changed most of their staff to responsible adults instead of adults acting like kids fresh out of high school.

The dining room was closed for no reason on a Saturday afternoon without a sign saying why and the employees inside just stared at my family and I standing outside of the door.

Three cars parked here waiting for drive-thru orders for at least 15 minutes. No cars for the dining room. Fast food that can't fulfill the 'fast' part needs new employees.

This place never has but 2 -3 workers, and it takes 15 -20 mins to get your food. And they always have a line of cars no matter what time you go there.

I enjoy the iced coffee, and sometimes the breakfast croissant. I can't speak about anything else on the menu, but the drive-through staff are always courteous and helpful.
