Portions have really falling off. No complaints with staff are cleanliness. But portions cut by 1/3 really. It's almost all breading now.
It really came a long way since I was a kid. Great service, great tasting food.

Delivery not available so had to pick up. Went and waited in drive thru for 44 min for a $65 order to get to window for the order, asked 3 times are you sure everything is here. Got the order home and just about everything is missing but 2 items..Dumb me did not notice because they piled napkins and sauces all over the top. The 2 plates they did put in the bag are so pitiful..1 pc fish 3 shrimp and about 5 french fries..So now another trip into town to try to get the correct order. Ya'll need to do better! This is why you are getting such negative feedback!!

Went at 7:30 to pick up dinner got the supreme sampler service was quick when I got home fish is hard like sitting for awhile, chicken overdone and hard tastes like old oil being used have not been to captain D’s in awhile but it seems if you are picking up you get bad food I will not ever recommend or return have 19.00 worth of food that is just not edible so disappointed
