Delivery not available so had to pick up. Went and waited in drive thru for 44 min for a $65 order to get to window for the order, asked 3 times are you sure everything is here. Got the order home and just about everything is missing but 2 items..Dumb me did not notice because they piled napkins and sauces all over the top. The 2 plates they did put in the bag are so pitiful..1 pc fish 3 shrimp and about 5 french fries..So now another trip into town to try to get the correct order. Ya'll need to do better! This is why you are getting such negative feedback!!

Went at 7:30 to pick up dinner got the supreme sampler service was quick when I got home fish is hard like sitting for awhile, chicken overdone and hard tastes like old oil being used have not been to captain D’s in awhile but it seems if you are picking up you get bad food I will not ever recommend or return have 19.00 worth of food that is just not edible so disappointed

This should be a one star review but It's hard for me to do that when it's the actions of one in particular person. Came in for a visit today the first time I have been in a Captian Ds in a very long time. I am from out of town so this Store in particular is New for me. The lady behind the counter taking our order was upset from the very moment we walked in. My very first question to her was if they still had lobster rolls? Her reply was do you see a sign for them anywhere? I said no and she was like ok then ! From that point on No matter how respectful Me,my wife or my two children were to her she was very snappy and angry . I was later told by another employee that her Name is Ms Deena. "MS Denna" I am not sure what we said or did to you. It's hard for me to understand why you treated us much different then other customers. Is it because you were having a bad day or Maybe the fact we are white is the reason we were treated much differently? Why were you so angry and short tempered? I really hate to think that My Race was the reason you made us feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome. Even my 9yo the one who was telling you Please,Thank you , Yes ma'am and No ma'am and you completely ignored him even after telling you to have a nice day couldn't understand what he did wrong to you. I have struggled to write this all day. I am not a hateful or a prejudice person and have nothing but love for you. It just really bothers me as to why you didn't want us there ! As for the rest of your employees the ones we interacted with were very Pleasant especially Olivia. The food was hot and fresh . My wife's Potatoe was hard but Olivia took care of it with no problems. Unfortunately I will not be back. I do not want my kids or myself being in another unwelcoming situation or for us to be talked down to like lesser human beings!.

TERRIBLE STAFF on 5.6.24! I called 20 minutes before they closed to place my order and the lady quite literally hung up on me. She answered and agyer hearing i wanted to place my order hung up on me. We arrived 15 minutes before they closed and they locked the doors, and refused to come to the window. We even saw them immediately go to the back behind the silver door to avoid us! I cannot believe how incredibly rude they were!!!
