Staff here are really kind. We do not have KFC in Lafayette and wanted to try some. On Wednesdays, they have (at this time) $5 country fried steak plate lunch. This is incredible value. Try while you can! What a pleasant surprise.

Thanks for the food poisoning I really enjoy taking my 5 year old to the emergency room. My nana and infant were the only ones who didn’t eat any and they’re not sick. All of us who ate some are VIOLENTLY sick best believe I will be contacting the health department

Generally am a really big fan of KFC and fast food, but received non existent customer service from this particular location that was WAY less competent and responsive than KFC's in other places I have driven to. These people are so massively incompetent that they need to be FIRED!

If I could give 0 ZERO stars I would!! I called to check and see if this place still has Nashville hot because the Nashville hot tenders are the only thing I order. 3 days ago I was told they would be getting more and now they say it’s off the menu all together. But mainly when you call or go to order everyone has a SOUR attitude and there’s no need for it!!! You chose to work there not me so just be an adult and have a tone that doesn’t sound pissy!!

I order a family meal that came with 4 large sides needles to say I got 4 small sides of mash potatoes and macaroni and cheese and not to mention the chicken was so cold and the biscuits was rock hard it was an horrible experience! That's the so called large sides I got 😂

I haven’t eaten at KFC in years. I love Southern Classic but some coworkers were getting KFC and I got some chicken tenders. Those were the grossest, nastiest chicken tenders I’ve ever eaten. The meat was tough and rubbery and there was this slimy texture under the crust. I wondered what I was eating exactly because the meat looked too uniform as well. I’m wondering if it was that lab grown chicken or worse. Never again!
