Did a mobile order. Got there to pick it up and was told that they had no dark meat...asked if we wanted white...we agreed...was told that it was going to be a 30-45 minute wait and they were short staffed.

The food was okay and want spectacular or the best. I got a 3 piece chicken strip meal with a drink and it was like 10$. The macaroni side was really good but the chicken was small and wasn't all that good. The barbeque sauce was amazing though and have a Honey flavor added to it.

I don't know why this place keeps getting worse. The food was cold and the drinks were watered down. This used to be one of my favorite places but everything is disgusting now. Also makes it really hard to get a refund in the app.
Just got home with my order. Right off the bat noticed missing extra 8 piece biscuit. The ones that were there were not cooked completely, raw dough inside. Mashed potatoes were sour and tasted old, hope I don't get sick! Even the chicken tasted weird and not like normal, most likely old also. Used to be a regular customer, I surely won't go back. Oh by the way, probably shouldn't put the girl with the nose bull ring at the window, pretty unprofessional at any establishment let alone a customer service based establishment.

Waited 45 minutes for a drive through order and once we received our food fries was cold. Not to mention the several cars behind me that had got their food before we did. They could have given us a warning before taking our money that they was short staffed or behind not wait 29 minutes to tell us.
Owner needs to hire more help. Very slow service.
