Me and my wife came into Marble Slab around 5:45pm on the 3rd of November 2025. We were greeted with the woman employee by her saying, “Sorry we’re closed” Obvious joke for the first time. She preceded to say that joke two more times, this time my patience my wearing thin. I just wanted ice cream for me and my wife. The gentleman behind the counter could tell that me and my wife were a little perturbed and said “Alright, I’m going to help y’all out, what can I get for you?” He was very helpful and kind, he could read the room unlike his coworker who felt that she was above helping. Not only did she laugh it off and sneer at her coworker for helping us. She proceeded to “joke” that the flavors we wanted were out, no real inclination of joking or apologizing. At this point, I was losing all my patience. The gentleman put his gloves on and proceeded to help me out. The woman proceeded to reluctantly help my wife, she didn’t put on gloves and I immediately asked, “So, you’re just not going to wear gloves while making my wife the ice cream?” She was stunned, I asked, “ Wait, I thought you weren’t working? Was I wrong?” She continued to mean mug me and then I asked, “You’re staring at me, do we have a problem?” She proceeded to make unsavory remarks about us being rude. The gentleman was very helpful and tried to diffuse the situation. Eventually I lost all patience and said, “What, you can dish a joke, but can’t deal with one to you?” She had the audacity to call me rude. Me and my wife immediately walked out. Will not being going to this place again as long as that woman is working there.

I wish I could leave no stars, it doesn’t even deserve one. We went in and there were a couple people in front of us, which is fine I don’t mind waiting it was only one person, the issue is that she was being extremely rude. She was busy with other people and an older man who had already got his got up to grab a spoon and accidentally knocked the stuff over and told her he didn’t want to bother her and she was very rude to him. That’s where I cross the line when it comes to elders and people are rude for no reason. and then me and my boyfriend were confused about something and she acted like we were dumb and being rude. I told her thank you and she didn’t even say anything. I believe her name was Tiffany and she is the manager. No one deserves to be treated less than even if she was having a bad day.

4 stars just because I believe in constant improvement, people serving are nice, polite and focused in task ,price is fair, good quality product, taste good and there's something for everyone. lounge or dinner areas needs improvement for the growth of,or consistency or customer's. Great location! Right beside a gym if you know what I mean lol.

Very clean and well stocked. Cookie cake was of course delicious. Only problem was, only 1 person was working Friday around 7pm so that meant a LONG wait as there was a line of at least 10 people waiting… she was wonderful and well attentive and kept professionalism the entire time with myself as well as other customers. She needs a raise for all of her hard work and dedication!!

These folks are great. They managed to accommodate all the requests I had for my wife’s ice cream birthday cake, and it came out beautifully. I can’t thank them enough. The skill and outright artistic flair they put into this are just fantastic!!
What is Marble Slab Creamery?It is a place where your imagination has no limits...That is what's advertised....BUT THAT'S A LIE...you are SUPPOSE TO BE ABLE TO PICK AND CHOOSE WHAT YOU PUT IN YOUR ICE CREAM ... BUT not IN LEESVILLE LOUISIANA,the Marble Slab Creamery,you can't have WHAT YOY WANT.. even if it is available, my favorite cherry...... I was told the owner would not let them .. put cherries in the ice cream blend.."You can have 1 on top.."I ask why... they have all kinds of candy ...I didn't see any fresh fruit...Why... you have cherries?The reason is people want too many.I pay over $6 for a single cone.... but they can't afford to add a few cherry ..REDICULAS ...Well, I will be sure to share this about the Leesville Marble slab..If you like cherries, maybe fruit don't go there!I'm not sure what else is not allow ...But I do know the owner was aware.... before i left, I guess the owner didn't care.1 person who took my order said I just work here. 2nd employee didn't offer to help ever, though there were 4 in line. Offer nothing except juice out of an empty jar of cherrySo since i was the last to get my order, I had plain ice-cream she had already smashed all over the slab..

On 10/8 I visited this location and Desiree waited on me. She was the friendliest and most attentive person! When I first arrived it was just myself and a coworker and Desiree made us feel like we were friends. While we were there more people came in and she didn’t miss a beat with any of the customers in the shop. We got our goodies and left. I unknowingly left my wallet in the shop, and on 10/9 the manger, Tiffany, found me via social media to notify me. She was so kind and honest about finding my wallet. Had she not reached out, I would have not known my wallet was missing until I was ready to go home. These ladies both went above and beyond in the customer service… and the product tasted GREAT also!! ? I would recommend this location to ANYONE!
