Drive thru handed my food and drink to the truck in front of me, and they returned it to the drive thru attendant. I told them what my order was because they couldn't find it, and they assured me they would remake it. They had me pull up to a pick up spot and brought the food within a minute, luke warm and the box still open from the people checking to see what it was. With unsafe food handling like this no wonder people are getting sick.

Starting to think both Leesville McDonalds short things. My husband went and brought lunch home to us. He got a HUGE order and they shorted the kids their chocolate milks. Nice job disappointing and commiting theft from children! If someone stole chocolate milks they would call the police but, when a bussiness does it it's shoved under the rug. They need to verify each order before sending it out. This is ridiculous 2 diffrent McDonalds 2 days in a row. Yesterday, breakfast and today lunch. We're not usually McDonalds people but, this just verified that we will order Wagon Master to go burgers from now on. It's about the same price for meals on burgers.

I ordered on DoorDash last night and got the most terrible tasting food ever. The fries were way over cooked and the bun was so stale. I swear they just threw some old food in the bag. It was barely edible.
