It’s always something when we come here. If it’s not a completely raw chicken sandwich it’s a breakfast bagel DRENCHED in sauce. We can’t keep hoping for an edible meal, unfortunately we won’t be continuing to patronize this location. It’s super convenient because it’s right outside of the gate but it’s just not worth the money!!

Took 15 minutes of waiting to get 1 breakfast order. 6 vehicles behind me got their food before me. Had to go inside to get my ordet.
I hate going to this McDonald's on Entrance Road. The staff, including the managers need to have some customer service training.

Ordered on the app and drove 5 Mins to get the food and still had to wait 10 mins for the fries wth yea that sucks why even order online if it isn't ready when you get there like wtf

The girls are usually nice, the guy at the window acts like you’re inconveniencing him by ordering food. 9/10 times they’re going to get your food wrong even if you give the window guy a recap of exactly what you want. I don’t think i’m a super picky customer when all ask for is some big mac sauce on my hot and spicy but you’d never know it by how they act.

If I could do zero stars I would. There is no system. No management. Everyone’s lost. There’s no accountability of mobile orders/pick up orders. Multiple people coming in for wrong/missing items. No communication in the kitchen. They were opening each wrapper of burgers to make sure they were right. Just no system in place and no supervisor presence. If this was my location I would be absolutely embarrassed.
