Stopped by for a quick meal after not eating all day, ordered chicken strips and fries, was asked to pull forward and space number one to wait for fresh french fries, once I left, took a look, they have been dumped in grease and refried. I was too far away to turn back. So frustrating!

McDonald's entrance entrance road is typical McDonald's. This is a slow process all time. I saw customers stand / waited their order a little while and i don't know if that sometimes they check the order inside. I had ordered online that I was missing 1 item. But this is the closer to the gate. If you lived inside Fort JOHNSON. Not recommended.

I have been to this location multiple times and I don't know if they are shorthanded or what cause it takes days... there was a worker hiding in the bathroom and they had to send someone to go get her. Forget parts of your order and half of them are busting their tails and the other half don't care. The tables haven't been cleaned all day and the same half drank coffee has been sitting on the table since 10am.

No matter what you do, they will miss items. I have never gotten an order that actually has everything with it in the 3 years I've been going here. Hash browns, biscuits, straws, syrups, jams, salt n pepper, entire sandwiches, frys, silverware... I could go on and make this an essay of what they miss. At this point, you may be thinking 'why not check the bag and go in and wait 2hrs for a single hash brown?' to which I answer that IT'S NOT MY JOB TO QUALITY CONTROL and I'm at a McDonald's to grab and go not sit there hoping my order gets corrected in 5min! All of the mistakes being made here are 100% poor management. This place needs a management revamp as it's right outside the gate, skimping 100s of service members out of food daily.

It's actually theft how they fill the sausage breakfast burritos with so little of everything, the tortilla is folded over so much it's thicker than the rest of the ingredients.

I had a really good experience here today. Believe it was Niomi (sorry if I spelled it wrong). She was full of personality at the speaker while being very courteous and attentive. When we received our food it wasn’t only hot like from a warmer but also fresh. It’s rare to see any fast food chain, let alone a McDonald’s have happy employees, great service and fresh food all at the same encounter. Good job today!
