will never fail to get your order wrong in one way or another. missing fries, fries placed upside down in a bag, food thrown carelessly into bag. workers are sometimes high while on the clock. never have had a single satisfactory experience dining here drive through or dine in.

You will wait forever in the drive thru!! They will have 5-7 cars parked waiting on their food. Last time I waited 15 min for 2 cheeseburgers and fries. I'm not sure why the owner of this establishment hasn't made changes after reading all these negative reviews. The food is 3 to 4 stars but customer service and speed is a 1 star. I will just drive to the McDonald's in downtown Leesville.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Staff is extremely rude. They will ignore you completely and give you a nasty look even when you say “thank you.” Ordering in drive through? Be prepared to spend 30 minutes parked for your food because I guess they need to kill the cow before making your burger. Sad establishment, disgusting on the inside. Need to fire every employee there and hire new. Don’t waste your time or your money here.

I have been to numerous McDonald's in the last 30 years. However, I have finally found the worst. I'm not sure how, but everything tasted just off. Which made no sense as even the Dr Pepper tasted weird. I will not revisit this McDonald's.

Naomi brought out breakfast to the reserve drive through spots and was so friendly and polite. I asked her name so I could give her recognition… she’s really the type of person you want to see early in the morning.

I have had plenty of experiences with this fast food establishment. Whether it be drive thru or door dash. The only time you get what you want and can enjoy it, is if you order around noon to 3 in the afternoon. Outside of that time the food looks stepped on and sloppily put together. The fries have been sitting there and taste stale and cold. They make no effort to put in napkins, sauces or ketchup. I’ve even had them not give us straws for out drinks. Half the time the sweet tea tastes stale or old as well. We waited for 30 min after being parked for our food. Finally us and the car in front of us had to go inside to get our food. I’ve made several complaints to head offices regarding this place and they haven’t helped a bit. McDonald’s use to have corporate standards back in the early 2000’s but have seem to be on brand with post pandemic make all the money offer none of the service style while charging the public an arm and a leg. I only recommend going around noon to 3 because the staff outside of those hours do not care about what you’re served, how the treat you or being on brand for the corporate expectations.
