The girls are usually nice, the guy at the window acts like you’re inconveniencing him by ordering food. 9/10 times they’re going to get your food wrong even if you give the window guy a recap of exactly what you want. I don’t think i’m a super picky customer when all ask for is some big mac sauce on my hot and spicy but you’d never know it by how they act.

I have placed so many online orders that when I walk through the door, I am instantly known. Love it and it helps me speed on my way. Orders are right the first time. Have not had to ask for a 'redo' on anything.
