My husband and I were in town visiting a friend. Stopped in during LUNCH at 12:15pm. Hostess told us to sit wherever we wanted, so we did. Manager was sitting in a booth doing paperwork. We sat at our table for over 15 minutes without anyone coming to our table to take our order or get us drinks. We walked out and walked next door to popeyes. We will not be going back due to lack of service. There were only two other tables in the restaurant that had people sitting and they already had their food. Not sure why we were not waited on. But, it was the middle of lunch and the place was practically empty. That is saying something.

I ordered online and got a call stating I still owed money when I already paid but since they have to use door dash it wasn’t letting her push the order through so Terry/Terri called me stating I needed to pay more in order to get my food delivered. Completely unacceptable! This is the second time this has happened.

Visiting from out of town this week, and we had a craving for a good pizza today. We stopped by Pizza Hut to give our kids the old school Pizza Hut experience. Our server, Jasmine, was friendly and attentive. Our food came out promptly, piping hot, and loaded with our toppings. We enjoyed our meal! Just bring back the old jukebox!

The one star is mainly on the cost. 2 Large pepperoni pizzas= $40.... 4 pizzas (including the pepperoni) and 3 orders of bread sticks = $140... Never buying Pizza Hut again, until they lower prices. I even ordered over the phone to try to save money, but nope. Last time I bought 3 pizzas and 2 bread sticks (about 4 months ago), it was only $47 + $10 tip.

I was very disappointed in my order yesterday. I ordered a large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. Instead, I received an inedible pizza without extra cheese, after patiently waiting. This was so discouraging for me because I’ve never received an order this poorly from this location before. It’s as if it was already made for another customer that didn’t pick it up & had been sitting in the warmer too long. For the amount that I paid ordering through the website, I feel any customer would be in agreement. The pepperoni’s are proof, that pizza wasn’t freshly made. Even the crust was bad. I ended up getting food elsewhere.

I waited 45 minutes. I called and told them what vehicle I was in. Still never came. I went inside and man said he went out and looked but couldn't find me. He didn't look too hard. I was only 3 cars down from front door where there use to be curbside pick up signs.

Ordered a dinner box pepperoni lovers add bacon and they only put bacon on the pizza .. on top of that charged me in what ended up being 27 dollars in associated fees, and I tipped driver 3 more dollars 30 in total when the box was only 15 online.. there were 2 strands of hair in my dessert from the box and now I sound crazy for asking for a refund? Horrible service!

This pizza hut used to be great but now the prices are way to high now and the quality of the food absolutely sucks now. I wish they would bring back the old buffet and salad bar that would be amazing!

With the price that I paid, I expected fresh food. I ordered a pasta, which had parts that were both steaming hot and ice cold - meaning that the food was frozen and heated up. If I wanted frozen half-cooked pasta, I would have gotten a cheap TV dinner at the store.

The dine in area is dingy. The tablecloth at the table I was at had stains on it, while the carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages.

The best part about this experience was the lady who waited us - Rebecca. She was so kind and helpful.

Sat there for 45 min waiting for my pizza and watched people come in after me order and receive their pizza. After waiting for 45 min they said they don’t know how that happened but they had not even put the pizza in the oven yet. Manager was lost in the sauce and had no idea what was going on. The front desk employee Cade was trying his hardest to figure out what was going on and was taking the heat for the horrible manager from customers. Asked for my refund this was ridiculous! Hats off to Cade he should definitely be the one managing with his customer service , patience and respect. Get rid of the manager !
