Absolutely ridiculous it’s like going Into a place where children run the restaurant The service was honestly not good he wasn’t trained properly And that’s not his fault, but I had to get up and ask for a box pay for my food and me and my children and the small little hidden fees for the ranch cups and the hot sauce is also ridiculous. I go to Deridder and to the manager, the tall girl I know if you’re gonna say something with someone’s walking out don’t let them hear you super disrespectful A lot more training and they need a manager that knows what they’re doing and is respectful the girls that were sitting down talking and then going out and delivering food professional The food was good From Cali, so I guess we’re just used to class.

This place was great the service was excellent! Riley was so attentive. Add pizza was great. I love the eat in restaurant reminds me of old Pizza Hut. Great birthday dinner for me . I will be back .

Excellent service, Servers very polite and courteous & friendly. Was Honored they had a Special table reserved for Fallen Military Heros, very respectful!! Not many places show this respect to our great Military, kudos!!Parking: Plenty of parking, need to add at least 2more for Handicapped.Kid-friendliness: Female servers were great with our kids

Ordered pizza and 2 sodas.The pizza was like warm and the soda was 3MONTHS EXPIRED. I ended up getting very sick and was unable to even enjoy the kinda warm pizza.How does something as simple as expiration dates go in noticed for months? And then get delivered to a customer?Management do better. This is outrageous

Outstanding customer service with a really nice kid corner for kids to play in! Cannot emphasize enough how friendly and courteous the employees were here, and the added bonus of kids eating free there make this a for sure location for my family and I to come back to.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian combos for pizza and other appetizers on the menu.Kid-friendliness: Great little kid area in the corner where there is also a great selection of kids books you can take and return.

We are new to this town and have heard nothing but bad things about this location. But it is my son's favorite pizza, so let's give them a chance....This was a terrible experience. I got a deal that had double breadsticks... And for the life of me I can't figure out how someone put these two things of breaksticks in the same box and thought that was going to work.... I get that ppl have off days, but when you can't tell that these aren't remotely the same you have serious issues. So we had to drive back to the store and wait for them to make more. By the time we got back home the pizza was cold. I paid $30 and change for dinner so I didn't have to cook. And all I got for my 30 bucks was cold pizza and a whole lot aggravation. I will never go to this pizza hut again.
