Terrible customer service I order 12 ghost pepper wings, I didn’t get all my wings on top of that, they gave boneless and dry tenders. I tried to eat them because I just got off a long road trip but the wings wasn’t fresh, so I went back so they can correct my orders the manager tell me that she only can give me a certain amount of wings and I keep explaining to her that I only ate 3 and realised that I can’t because of the horrible taste. She decided not to give me food and talking about it’s the policy. I asked her for her name and she took her name tag off and didn’t say.

The staff was very profesional the only issue we had was it was a pickup online ordered 1.5 hours earlier and had to wait just like we would have if we had not ordered early and it was the 2nd time it happened at Leesville. The chicken was really good and the gentleman that waited on us was very diligent.

I went through the drive through, got the recording and waited and waited for close to 10 min.so i pulled on up to the window waited another 3 minutes, then the man comes to the window and takes my order, so after 4 times of me telling him what I needed my order is still wrong, not only this time it was wrong but the last 4 times

I go to Popeyes at least twice a month and Belinda makes this place worth going to she always makes you feel great and welcome it makes it worth the money that I spend no matter how bad of a day I'm having I go into Popeyes and if she's there I leave with a smile every time because she actually truly cares!!! If there's ever a problem she definitely has a solution!! No matter what she always has a smile on her face she does not mix business and her personal life..... I always feel welcome her!!! I truly recommend the Leesville La location y'all chk them out!

I want to store to order my food pay for my food waited 20 minutes to get my food it was take out and it was cold trying to call to get a refund went down to get a refund too busy I see Popeye's Chicken all the time but maybe this time it wasn't so good the chicken was cold and tough taste like KFC's chicken gross

This place gave me old chicken old apple pies and they were extra slow the worst food I have ever ate it taste like they are using old grease you can taste it in every piece of food . Not good they need to shut down and revent this Popeye's .
