Yes, I have a couple of things I want to say. First of all, the stale chips they are making u pay for are given to them stale. But u have to pay for them second thing is they are putting the white hard pieces of lettuce on your sandwhich after u paid damn near 15.00 for a turkey sandwich with one piece of turkey on it with white hard throw away piece of lettuce. Environment is racist they don't greet u and when u come in and order instead of calling it in when they see that your not white the food comes out rushed and made bad with old lettuce and no meat. I wouldn't recommend these people due to the lack of respect for the paying customers if the chips are given to u I'm sorry u shouldn't make people pay for them and on top of all of that they are stale. So God bless u I really truly hope u learn from this money is green people are who they are no matter the color their are bad people on all sides just as well as good so remember don't jude a book by its cover.....

The atmosphere is their greatest asset. I've never dined in on a day that saw the vibe being tense, unfriendly, nor uncomfortable. It's a lunch place where you always feel like you're intimately visiting with the good folks of Leesville/North Vernon Parish. The food has never been bad in any way, but I must admit I've never been "Wowed!" by any particular dish or sandwich I've ordered. The waiters & waitresses have always been friendly and courteous and rather good at the job! All in all, I personally don't think one will ever be truly disappointed or unhappy with their dining experience at The Ranch House!

This is my favorite lunch spot. I'm so glad they have keto options. The food is always good. The floor is a little wonky and I feel like I'm going to trip sometimes but the food is what matters and I'll keep coming back.
We tried this place out for the first time, ordered over the phone. My husband picked it up on his way home. Upon getting home we realized we had paid $47 for 3 side salads, 1 small to go container of diced up grilled chicken and melted cheese, 1 cup of gumbo, 8 chicken nuggets, 1 bag of chips, and 1 cookie, no drinks. Half of our order was missing. The food we DID get was mediocre at best. We won't be back. I would have had better luck getting food from Chili's.
The sandwiches are my favorite in town! I only regret taking a year to visit them. Tell all the new folks about this location. The atmosphere is rustic and comfortable. The sausage sandwich (jalapeño bread) and brisket potato!
