my carhop alicia was very rude. she threw my order in my face and gave me my drink with the lid half way on and it spilled all over me and she didn’t even offer napkins. this place really needs better workers and better customer service. the food was cold and my chili dog was soggy. when my carhop walked away she rolled her eyes and mumbled something under her breath.

Came by in the afternoon to have a route 44 drink during the happy hour times along with some snacks. The tater tots and french fries were lukewarm and the corn dogs were not fresh either. You could tell all had been sitting out for a while. Unfortunately if we had known that we would have not ordered that food. Seems like it would not take much to freshly cook fries or tater tots or even the corn dogs at time of order. The drink was good. The cups for the route 44 are pretty flimsy so you have to be careful when picking them up as the beverage itself is very big. Service was nice and the car hop brought the food quickly and with a smile. Room for improvement.

They don't mark your orders so you know the difference between similar items ordered. We had to guess and hope everyone ended up with the correct flavor. The server was no help and nonchalant about it.
How can you not love Sonic? Even if they get your order wrong, they are so pleasant about fixing it. They don't make you jump through hoops. They just fix it.
Everytime i ask for sweet cream i dont get it and then i get talked to like im dumb even thou i pay for it

It's hit or miss as far as staff and service however I've been displeased more than satisfied by unfriendly/rude staff and felt less than welcome.
Update: it's been almost a year since I posted the initial review. Not sure if there's new management or what happened but there's been a significant improvement. Service has improved immensely kudos to the car hops especially, other than that... It's a Sonic drive in.

We came through the drive through about an hour before closing and they were wonderful! The lady that took our order was very friendly and the staff that made our food was quick, and for once my cookie dough blast had cookie dough all the way through! Keep up the good work!

We just placed a huge order and they decided to give us what they wanted. They fixed it but they didn’t fully complete what we paid for talking about sanitation purposes. I wanted what I paid for. I realize it’s not the company’s fault it’s the employees! I ordered a loaded cheese Cooney and they gave me other stuff, including onions something I didn’t want. They give you what they want you to have, instead of what you pay for. Got to get some better employers that satisfy the customer!
