The food was great. But someone named SHELLY, the one that jump scares you in the mic like a drill sergeant, blatantly cut me off twice in a row to end my order before I was done, which was pretty annoying. But my carhop, miss Ashley D, WAS FAST AND GORGEOUS.

my carhop alicia was very rude. she threw my order in my face and gave me my drink with the lid half way on and it spilled all over me and she didn’t even offer napkins. this place really needs better workers and better customer service. the food was cold and my chili dog was soggy. when my carhop walked away she rolled her eyes and mumbled something under her breath.

Came by in the afternoon to have a route 44 drink during the happy hour times along with some snacks. The tater tots and french fries were lukewarm and the corn dogs were not fresh either. You could tell all had been sitting out for a while. Unfortunately if we had known that we would have not ordered that food. Seems like it would not take much to freshly cook fries or tater tots or even the corn dogs at time of order. The drink was good. The cups for the route 44 are pretty flimsy so you have to be careful when picking them up as the beverage itself is very big. Service was nice and the car hop brought the food quickly and with a smile. Room for improvement.
They don't mark your orders so you know the difference between similar items ordered. We had to guess and hope everyone ended up with the correct flavor. The server was no help and nonchalant about it.
