Do yourself a favor, get dressed and just go get the sandwich. And, maybe I’m new to the gag- but the extra money one pays for the convenience of delivery - is a total waste because a Subway sandwich delivered will never be the sandwich you order in person. My experience of this Subway is that the team deserves 4 GOLD STARS for working the system. Just Wow! Good luck.

They have no phone number ordering ahead for personal pickup.They didn't deliver all my order. Called number on receipt will not answer.I realize the product is a same amount, but when pay for service and product, you expect everything you order.

The young man behind the counter is extremely rude. I was with my 4 year old daughter and when I couldn't hear him asking which bread I'd like, he yelled slowly, "WHICH BREAD WOULD YOU LIKE?" It was in a very demeaning manner. He seemed annoyed and kept cutting me off as I let him know which condiments I wanted on the sandwich. He also completely ripped the top half of the bread while putting on the avocado which my toddler also noticed. I read a few previous reviews and it all checks out. His attitude was very off putting and I hope he grows up.

Just walked in 12/29 at 4:15 after ordering online and upon entering the store, I was informed by an employee that the store was out of the bread I chose and I had responded with “that’s okay! I will eat the other bread. Thank you” and another male worker walked up immediately and assertively said “I know” and instructed me to hold the bag differently. I understand they were attempting to help by reassuring me I was getting whatever bread they had, not what I ordered, and that he did not want me to rip the bag by holding it by the handle, however, it was unnecessary and rude to speak down to customers in this way. We did not respond in any negative or disrespectful way so I’m unsure the reason for this combativeness immediately. It would have been more appropriate of the male employee to inform us of the change and apologize or empathize rather than immediately inform us we would get what they had rather than what we ordered. I’ll drive to another location in the future. The sandwiches are too expensive for customers to be treated badly. The store was not busy at all at this time.

The young man behind the counter was extremely rude, he wouldn't communicate at all and just stared at me when I asked for my sandwich. I won't be back just because of his horrible attitude. What made it worse was he was extremely friendly to a woman ahead of me, but I guess I have to be a woman to get minimal service.
I went to get a foot long chicken bacon ranch sub. They had no bacon, no onions and the banana peppers looked old.
