It was very hot in the restaurant. They had proped the door open for ventilation but it failed to cool down the space.

Lack of product and had to substitute items on my sandwich but still charged full price for a poorly created disaster. The employees are great however the management at this location is a lot to be desired. Subway corporate should really consider visiting with them to help them regroup or just take their franchise. They have absolutely nothing in stock and still have 6 days before a truck arrives. Basic logistics and supply if you can’t keep enough product between orders then consider ordering more…This is probably the 5th or 6th time this same store has the same problem. I will not be spending money at this location again. Management should also reconsider taking tips from the employees that are working hard to satisfy customers that are not satisfied

Absolutely crazy that we came in 45 minutes before closing and were refused service for 1 sandwich. There were only 2 people ahead of us and plenty of time, very upsetting!

I've been here a few times now, but it just got worse each time. They is always something unavailable such as meat or bread options, they only had 3 choices of chips to pick from, the vegetables have definitely been sitting out, and it's hard to trust the cleanliness of the establishment when the ice from the soda fountain comes with black gunk (mold??). The workers also don't hide the fact that they hate working there. The only worker who appears to be polite and trying is the newer worker with all the pride pins on their hat.

Only giving 1 star because it’s impossible to give zero. I love subway. Legitimately crave it. Tonight we came in at 8:35 albeit they close at 9. The lights were off but hey they close at 9 right? Doors unlocked so my fiancé went in and the gentleman behind the counter said they’re closed for cleaning (???) Cute, lock the door next time and change your hours and hire better employees.

I love eating here the manager is an awesome person and an even better worker. She remembers what I get so dont always have to tell her what I want lol.

Sooooo the guy that worked there 2/6 around 12-4:40 in the afternoon is the absolute sweetest. He is the reason why people tip during customer service because he knows how to talk to people and how to treat people.
Now with that being said.. the ladies that work in the morning the next day are farrrrrrrr from nice. Absolutely no customer service skills at all. I can hear you talking about my order and me. Like ? I paid for my food, like everyone else.

I frequent this Subway and have never had an issue. I walked into the restaurant at 8:40PM, posted sign says it closes at 9:00PM. The open sign and some store lights were off, but there were two people in line already, I asked if they were open, the person making the sandwiches said yes. The person that had to come from the back to help mumbled some words, about me showing up when they are about to close. I’m sure she’s getting paid to be working until when the store closes at 9PM. Needless to say, I walked out because of her ugly attitude!

Just made an online order, I walked in with a smile on my face to wait on the order. I normally tip in cash due to it being taxed. When I walked in no one said anything to me not even a hello. They stopped talking to each other and just glared at me. Once my sandwich was done she just plopped it on the pick up shelf and walked away. Still no one said anything to me. Due to them being completely rude I did not leave a tip. They need better customer service and a better attitude

The reason for ordering to go is to get it to go. I gave ample time for it to be ready and it wasn’t. I was trying to avoid sitting in the restaurant with my two small kids. It’s been a long day - If I wanted to wait I would have just waited and ordered when I got there.
