The Ai drive thru ordering system is terrible. Repeats the same questions and delaying orders. Ai is supposed to improve customer satisfaction, not in my experience.

Went threw drive threw and couldn't add to steak chalupas without frying them.. then manager wouldn't even come to window told the drive through lady to tell me.. every taco bell i have been too has always not fried my chalupas which makes them a gordita that they nooooo longer make 🤣🤣that's why I ordered chalupas in the first place. Im going to the district manager about this.
Takes an hour to get your food. Stopped at two places for dinner and all the food got cold waiting!! Then they just throw the tacos in the bag not even wrapped! Ridiculous
This store needs to be shut down or get more working up standing people with a great work ethic. I WAS THERE FOR AND HR waiting around for orders to be service and not order being made. They are very lazy and slow and un organized
