I’m from California and we just left El Paso and I’ve been missing the Mexican food something fierce. The food here is sooo good!! The steak ( tacos and fajitas) was some of the best we have ever had. It was cooked to perfection and seasoned so well.
The tortilla chips were hot. The horchata was delicious as well.

This place is real authentic Mexican cuisine. Hands down this is the best place in Vernon parish for Mexican food! I wouldn’t waste my time or money anywhere else. Recommended 10/10! A family owned and ran establishment with a welcoming environment. The owners are very friendly and helpful! The options on the menu are endless! Also, the service is fast.

Taqueria La Palma is the spot!Absolutely delicious "Mom and Pop" shop that serves authentic Mexican food. I always order the "Full Carne Asada Quesadilla Plate" with a large horchata. This restaurant has the best carne asada meat in town, hands down.The service here is friendly, the food is reasonably priced, and the ambiance is mellow. I wish I had known about this place sooner, but l'm glad I get to experience its wonders for my last few months here.Give them a try, you won't regret it!

Best restaurant in town. I go in every time I come back from college. Owner knows my order (enchiladas mexicanas, no salsa, no beans extra rice, and a good ol Mexican coke) and it tastes better and better each time. Great pricing as well. I will probably let this place cater my wedding whenever that day comes, that’s how good it is. I hope it stays open forever!
