The food is usually pretty good but the amount of time you wait for your food is absolutely crazy. Every time I order from here it’s either an hour or at least close to it. Now this last time they gave me the sad order shown below that looked nothing like the picture but cost $11. Definitely need to do better.

This is my all time favorite Pho place. The food is delicious, the people are always kind and efficient even when you can tell it's more of a blah day, and the restaurant itself is clean, in a close location to base so it's perfect for those days where I don't want to make dinner but also dont want anything frozen. I make it a point to order some pho every once in a while, and I'll continue to do so as long as we're here!

Went in today and the service wasn't the best. The noodles were hard and gritty. Today they bit off more than they can chew. The door was even locked before the hours of closing. The order took over an hour and it seems like they're relying way too much on the nice waitress lady way too much. She's a gem but as far as the other people they need to get it together.

Overall the experience was decent I asked for hoisin limes and sirracha I wasn’t given any simple as that as you know sometimes people broth is amazing to where you don’t need it but here the broth is okay but those condiments were needed. Not surprised I didn’t get any they didn’t answer the phone before calling but just disappointed I was suppose to be given the takoyaki but was given gyoza chicken in place of being told hey we don’t have this so we’re going to give you this instead I wasn’t but it was okay it wasn’t bad but overall my experience was a 3/5 not a bad place just would say work on communication

The dumpling soup was so disgusting that my daughter threw it up in the bathroom. The Banh Me sandwich came with a stale bun and chicken that tasted like what I imagine road kill would taste like. About the only thing nice about this place was the waitress lady. $51.00 waisted. It will be Pho Never for us. Just yuck, seriously yuck.
