From out of town so took relatives out to eat. Meals were mediocre and place was noisy..In the end not only was the meal not good but waitress padded my bill $30 by listing a extra dinner and drink on the bill we did not order and didn't get because of distraction of the baby. No body had alcohol for the meal or before we went. Thank gosh I am from out of town and will never go there again.

Had issues from the start... The waiter was too busy to wait on us. The food was quick to come out, but my wife's steak was ice cold black outside and pink inside. She asked for well done, and the manager said he'd fix it, replace it, and then charge me for both plates. It was an unpleasant situation, and the communication ws23as terrible, and the staff has no supervision, so there goes 100 bucks that I'll never see again. Neverless, im extremely disappointed and I was expecting so much more.

Cousin Son myself went to eat. I was the beef chips unfortunately yes I do like my meat well done they brought it to me. It was cold. My waiter never came around to ask me how our food was so that therefore I could’ve sent it back and said I had to find somebody asked the manager the manager comes over finally, and says we can help you. Let me know what happened plus my well done turn into pink And then it was burnt on the outside so they tried to do a hurry up job so the man is there and says what can I do for you? I’m so sorry about this don’t worry about this. We’re taking this there for you taking it off your bill, so what can I do for you? Do you wanna make sure I take the same thing as fine but make it to go because my husband said at that time we’re done eating that’s how long it took come back he did not take it off the check I have my food to take home and it came back and said we’re taking it off the check but you can’t have your food , I messed up that is unprofessional wrong asking me so wrong so I didn’t have dinner with my family might say I didn’t get to eat eight rolls and butter that’s just really messed up I am speak texting, so if it sounds a little crazy, don’t know why

EDIT: After our 1:35 wait, we were finally seated. We enjoyed our time together as friends and we had an EXCELLENT server. Cory is an exceptional young man and helped make the evening better. Giving him 5+ stars! ORIGINAL REVIEW: We are a group of 50-70 year olds (in other words we’ve been eating out for many years) and have never experienced a more terrible experience. We were told our wait would be 30-35 minutes and have been waiting 1:25 and still not seated. “The cook walked out” was the exact statement we heard last time we were here. My husband and I would prefer to never eat here again. How unfortunate that what has been a fairly decent place to eat has lost the ability to manage staff and scheduling to the point our last four visits have been less than acceptable. We eat here maybe once a year over past few years and every experience has been negative. I suppose the company has become so popular they don’t need our business.

Steak is tough no matter what cut you get . We were called for our table and they seated someone else and it started our wait time over . Food came out one person at a time 5 mins apart there were five of us . Definitely had to use the a1 Steak sauce to eat the steak (if you can get it to cut ) Definitely will not be back . Not to mention the fries that never showed up . But yea if you have more money then you know what to do with, no taste buds and nothing else is open, then yes this is your spot . On a positive note they make a good crown and coke if you stay long enough to get it .

Honestly a really great steak house but the food was wrong multiple times and the wait was pretty long for seating and to get food. Prices are steep for steak you can get at the store and do yourself. Food will arrive at your table cold if it's busy so try not to go when they're slammed with customers. Hard to do cause they're always busy. As much as I would've liked this place I think it's a hard pass compared to other steak houses in the area.
