There was a wino by the front door spitting on the sidewalk. The people that were working there worked very slowly. The French fries were good. I don't believe I'd ever eat here again.

New building, food is always amazing (though my fries weren't fresh; after sending it back they came out with nice hot fresh ones) and they were super nice about replacing them.

Every Whataburger is slow but this Whataburger is the worst!!! Every order I have made has been so slow it is like they are figuring out how to make a burger and fries in a time before cooking was invented. And the customer service is the worst! They argue with customers when they I correctly make orders, when there is a simple to resolve issue. Can we tear down this Whataburger and give us a Chick-fil-A? At least they would act like it isn’t a bother to correctly make my order!!!! I would give 0 stars if I could.

The service was slow. The drive through staff were cussing the whole time. We asked for napkins multiple times and never got any. This was a disappointing visit and it needs attention.
Tonight was terrible spent an hour in the drive thru lot confusion in the store some people just standing there no direction.

This evening I sat in the drive thru for 10 min before I got someone to answer me. I said hello, and they responded In a rude way HOLD ON! , other vehicles in front of me just drove off. To the owners of this fast food chain I suggest to you, let your staff watch the restaurant customer service training video GIVE EM THE PICKLE BOB FARRELL!!!!!!!!!!!!

Takes a little more time than other fast food places in the area but the food is always good. They do forget your dipping sauces a lot though so double check that if you really want them.

It isn't bad but it's not fast food. It's food. It costs about as much for cooking for yourself and with the time it takes to get your food you might as well. Been at the window after paying for over 17 mins waiting on a single burger and fries.

horrible experience the two times i went. got an attitude from both cashiers and she smacked her teeth in my face. food wasn’t right both times i went when i specifically asked for no cheese.
