I feel for the workers here. Nothing is run right. Everytime I come in here the manager is on the phone. Drive thru gets their orders way faster than lobby rather than in order. And off the clock employee have to pick up the slack.

Very unsanitary. I am not a health inspector but I’d bet it’s a health violation to use the same gloves to make food, collect money and touch several surfaces and objects. It’s called cross contamination. Change your gloves people!

for this particular location waiting upwards of 20mins-1hr is common. woth that being said if your order is messed up somehow after waiting that ling you've every right to be upset. I haven't had an order made wrong yet and the foods always been hot and real tasty.

I have been in Leesville for one week and visited Whataburger twice at 2 am and 3 am and have been very disappointed. You wait about 30 minutes for food and it come out cold. Not like warm but cold when you get home about 3 minutes away. If you like old food, this is the place for you. If not, stay away!!!
Rolled towel on the counter for customers to use for napkins. No straws at all.
