This evening I sat in the drive thru for 10 min before I got someone to answer me. I said hello, and they responded In a rude way HOLD ON! , other vehicles in front of me just drove off. To the owners of this fast food chain I suggest to you, let your staff watch the restaurant customer service training video GIVE EM THE PICKLE BOB FARRELL!!!!!!!!!!!!

Takes a little more time than other fast food places in the area but the food is always good. They do forget your dipping sauces a lot though so double check that if you really want them.

It isn't bad but it's not fast food. It's food. It costs about as much for cooking for yourself and with the time it takes to get your food you might as well. Been at the window after paying for over 17 mins waiting on a single burger and fries.

The food was great as always. Wish they had some options for self-serve napkins, so you dont have to bother them at the counter to get you some. But since covid, it seems like most restaurants took advantage of not allowing the public to access them anymore.

I feel for the workers here. Nothing is run right. Everytime I come in here the manager is on the phone. Drive thru gets their orders way faster than lobby rather than in order. And off the clock employee have to pick up the slack.

Very unsanitary. I am not a health inspector but I’d bet it’s a health violation to use the same gloves to make food, collect money and touch several surfaces and objects. It’s called cross contamination. Change your gloves people!

for this particular location waiting upwards of 20mins-1hr is common. woth that being said if your order is messed up somehow after waiting that ling you've every right to be upset. I haven't had an order made wrong yet and the foods always been hot and real tasty.
