for this particular location waiting upwards of 20mins-1hr is common. woth that being said if your order is messed up somehow after waiting that ling you've every right to be upset. I haven't had an order made wrong yet and the foods always been hot and real tasty.

I had to repeat my order several times, but the food was hot and fresh. I'll chalk up my experience in ordering to a new employee. Otherwise, it's a respectable Whataburger by any metric.

If you want decent food, you'll have to wait ... granted to be fair I have never been able to go during peak hours because it takes too damn long 🙃 employees are decent and respectful after hours, as long as you understand the wait time ...
