The best chicken in town( PERIOD)! I really wished, they had one hear in South Baton Rouge! They would put a lot of chicken places out of business! I crust has the right kick and crunch too it, it's very welled seasoned! The rolls and side orders goes perfect with everything. My husband and his co-workers loves their PoBoy's and other dishes! Again, give them a try, and you will see for yourself!
Really good chicken compared to any places I have been to. The juiciest chicken that was hot and fresh with an excellent seasoning . The chicken is what makes this place the sides could use more help tho. Great chicken place for a low price.

You know all that hoopla over the Chicken sandwich from Popeye's? Why bother with any of that when we've got Chicken Shack, the best god-damned Chicken sandwich in town already, just didn't franchise like the other guys. We're better for it. My understanding is that this is sort of like tempura style fried chicken. It's a different flavor and texture than what you'd get at Church's (right next door) or from Popeye's.
