Food taste like a good home cooked meal. For an appetizer they bring you a bowl of pinto beans and some hot water cornbread. They are also on the menu. They used to be really good but lately they are a little more spicy than usual. We were told the lady who makes them had covid and has to add more spice before she can taste it.Chicken fried steak is really good. The hamburgers are good. The fried fish is fried just right. Our grandson loves their spaghetti. We have eaten here quite a few times and have never had a complaint. Prices are very reasonable. All our servers have been attentive but not annoying.Kid-friendliness: Enough room for kids to sit t the tableParking: Parking lot can get crowded but you can park on the side road

Really like this place. The food is always good and the vibes from the time you step on the front porch until the time you walk back down them is to speak of. The prices considering how large the portions are are low. I would recommend that everyone give a a try.

Met a friend here. Was hard to find off of highway, had to stop at dairy queen for directions. The staff went out of there way to make sure we both were well fed and enjoyed our meal.

A friend took me here to celebrate my new job. He's a better friend than I knew! I had already decided what I would get because he had recommended the BLT. Now normally I wouldn't get a BLT at a restaurant but he spoke so highly of it I couldn't resist. All you have to do is look at the picture and if it doesn't make you hungry you probably just ate! Afriendly staff and a quirky little decor made this a great experience.
Very good! Ordered fish plates togo and they were still good by the time we got back. Highly recommend the onion rings, home battered, they were perfect! As well as the prime rib, very tender and flavorful! Fried okra was a hit too!

Last Visit....Last few weekend that we were in town we at here (AKA Rosemarys) tonight I had to order to go because my husband is hurt & can not sit up very long. There is a to go fee. It's not the cost it's the point. You don't get the beans or cornbread with to go which is FREE if you eat in. Charged extra for a loaded potato that only had a sprinkle of cheese & bacon bits. No butter or sour cream. Had to put mayo on it to eat it. My daughter plate was less food then what comes if we had ate in. Basically ALOT less food for more money when you take out. Waitress was great. They don't make the prices.

The food was cold the waitress was rude we usually tip 50 to 100 dollars because my husband is sympathetic to the life of a waitress however we spent almost 200 dollars in food and the only thing we enjoyed was the beans and cornbread!
