It's always a hit or miss as far as getting your order right when you order food to go. The most recent issue is getting there after placing the order to pick it up and find out it was never put it. To make it worse they acted as if it wasn't a big deal. We are so over this place.

I've eaten here a few times. Great food and great prices. Never disappoints and you always feel like you got more than what you paid for. I've had the same server every time, Mal. She is excellent and super friendly. They do one day off menu specials pretty often, so that keeps things really fresh.
Called in an order and picked it up, two chicken fried steaks with baked potatoes with an order of onion rings….
Chicken fried steaks were cooked way to long it was tuff as nails,
Baked potato was cold I had to warm it up in the microwave and tasted like the sour cream was spoiled, and the onion rings were very hard, this was our second time eating from this place and our last !

My husband and I are hard to please when it comes to food with that being said this was our first time eating at The Crawfish Shack, two chicken fried steaks with loaded baked potatoes and a salad , the chicken fried steak was steak not just batter and good size, the baked potatoes were huge , the salad could have been a little more but this was a meal fit for a king, everything was delicious and not that expensive , we will definitely go back.

Food was absolutely delicious! Even down to the fries! Best catfish that I've had in a very long time! They also do breakfast, and keep it going a little longer on the weekends. We will be back, when we come back in.

Good enough to visit twice in one week! The crawfish are nicely seasoned with enough heat to feel it but not so much you can taste the sweet meat. The fried jalapeños were a family favorite. My husband is obsessed with trying to figure out the seasoning on the fried green tomatoes. I was pleasantly surprised by the ratio of meat to rice in the boudin balls. I will definitely be visiting again on my next trip home! Great service too!

Just moved back to town and tried it out. I was NOT disappointed!! The crawfish was amazing and spicy just like I like them! I know I will be back a lot! Food and service was great!!

We place a simple order and after an hour and a half later we get told after we ask how much longer on food and we find out order was not placed and after we get home with the food it’s all wrongI have eaten here many times and have never had a problem like this and this is not what I ordered
