Wow…so many good things to say about The Main Cup. At the top of the list is their proven investment in supporting the community of Loreauville and Iberia Parish. They host awesome bingo gatherings in addition to supporting numerous organizations as well as businesses through providing their beautiful establishment as a meeting place for free. Not only have we hosted “Senior Day” for local high school seniors here, but as of recent they are hosting the New Iberia and Iberia Parish Chess Club, Queen City Chess Club. The staff is amazing and the food is so delicious. One of our favorite activities is to take our boat from New Iberia to Loreauville and dock at the kayak launch so we can go up to the coffee shop to hang out and eat. We are so thankful for Marti and the staff. You must meet Marti. She is the heart and soul of what makes The Main Cup so phenomenal. She is an energetic, loving, supportive and bountifully encouraging soul you must get to know on your walk through life.

Gumbo. was delicious and so was the potato salad, Could have been a little more of both I found the servings a little small. Love the bread too, but one Slice. would have been Enough.

Breakfast is pretty normal, but the late afternoon is my favorite time! I’ve recently had their chicken and sausage gumbo which is almost the best I’ve had in New Iberia! Consistency could be slightly thicker, but the flavor and meat were there! This warm hug in a bowl along with the relaxing environment and comfortable atmosphere makes it all the more enjoyable! I’ll definitely be back soon.

Dietary restrictions: Majority of the menu is composed of dishes that are healthy and organic. Beneficial for people that are set on a strict diet and even those are not. Just all around delicious southern food.
Kid-friendliness: They offer free Wi-Fi and wall sockets to charge one's devices. Check the schedule for posted events directed strictly for children (recently they hosted a painting with a twist for children - big succeess)

Good coffee here, with pastries and food options too. Fantastic that Loreauville has this !! Love the late hours as well. Very nice contemporary interior with local art and plenty of seating available. I got the ‘Loreau’ salad, the greens were fresh only complaint is that the grilled chicken was pre packaged chicken pieces ;(. The desserts looked amazing, although I didn’t indulge, I did get a coffee and have to say it was very tasty, good coffee ! Will come back to try the breakfast for sure !
