Got stuck working late, didn't even see the place coming into town. Leaving way after dark I turned out of the side street I had been on and saw it immediately. Its a real 50s drive in. Plenty of parking but I think no inside. You walk up to the window to see the menu and order. There is a LOT on the menu. I was the only customer but they were bagging a ton of small orders so I expect they do plenty of call in or grub hub orders. I didn't bother with the menu. This kind of place is for burgers. Just inside a nice lady was wrapping them, and the smell did me in. And I was right. Best burger I've had in 20 years. I have exactly one customer in this town and I can't wait till he breaks something so I can come back. And yes, surprisingly they do take cards. A lot of these places don't. Will find an excuse to go there again, and soon.

I'm not giving Tiger Inn 1 star for their food. Their food is hands down some of the best around. I'm giving it 1 star for ALLLLLL the issues we've had with the staff over the last 4 visits. Today was sincerely the last straw!! Yes, they are busy. That's why we call ahead always. Tonight we called at 6:30pm. They said 20 minutes. We figured 30+. We got there at 7pm. It wasn't ready. She finds the slip and reads off my order. It was wrong, it's ALWAYS wrong, but it was a lot closer than usual to being correct. She has me pay for it and stand aside to wait. And wait... and wait... and wait... By this time people have come and gone with food like crazy. I said can I have my food please??? They said "what did you order?" They then proceed to had me a pen and paper and asked me to WRITE DOWN MY ORDER, that I have ALREADY PAID FOR!!! Well now my boyfriend is MAD and gets out the truck. "He's like what's going on here???" He wanted to leave but I said I've already paid! I told one of the employees I wanted the owners name and number. He said "Good luck, it won't do you any good, they don't care!" So while we are STILL WAITING by 8:00 for our food. Another guy is waiting to order. The blonde behind the counter RUDELY says to us "CAN YOU MOVE SO I CAN HELP THIS CUSTOMER?" So I'm wondering what the hell are we? 8:10 we got our order. It still wasn't what we ordered, but we did get two extra sandwiches, lol. Took 100 minutes to get two sandwiches & some onion rings. I AM STILL PISSED. I would LOVE for an OWNER to reach out to me! This place NEEDS STRUCTURE. This place needs CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've been a manager with both fast food and a restaurant. I recognize a train wreck when I see one. Food is amazing. But you need anxiety medicine before you even go there!!!

Food sucks shrimp was fried with no batter couldn’t chew it tasted like rubber fish fried too much onion rings greasy never gonna eat there sgain

Order 2 Cheese Burger they were raw not cooked fully this the third time in a row will never order there again Dennis is flipping in his grave I’ll be calling the Board of Health to report this???
