Manager is very rude to her employees. Very poor communication with them. The waitress told me that there was a special on crawfish to go but the price she gave me wasn’t even close to what the charge was and that wasn’t the only waitress that thought that way about the price!! I didn’t pay for it they took the order back. Against my better judgment I did sit down and order crawfish. When my order came it was definitely short on crawfish. When I complained the manager came out and basically threw 2# extra on the table and later told me those were free. Also told me that I should have known better no matter what the waitress said because I need to consider her age and her intelligence (young). Very RUDE manager !!!

Never again! The fish on my po boy was so undercooked the batter was still gooey in the middle. And the bayo rolls were not fresh at all. Microwaved to a beef jerky like texture. I heard alot of good about that place but my experience tonight was pretty bad.
Went there Thursday night for the chargrilled oysters. We were seated quickly and everyone was nice. Service after was a bit slow and the food seemed to take longer than expected to come out but being there for the first time I wouldn't know if this was normal or not. The oysters were good but kinda bland. Would have preferred more garlic-butter sauce in them. The pasta dish we ordered was also a little on the bland side and swimming in sauce. This made it a bit to heavy for me but I could see how some might like it. All in all it was an ok exp. If I was in the area I would eat there again.

Took extremely long to be waited on. Just as I got up and about to walk out, they took our order. The food was okay. However, we never got condiments, napkins, or silverware.

Waitress was great. I received my food and we had to ask the waitress about my dad’s food since I ate a pound of boiled potatoes and 9 potatoes and the waitress came back saying they didn’t know what happened to my dad’s food order. Manager it's taking the blame for nothing saying it’s not her fault and they had other orders in front of his. Poor excuse. I have worked in the restaurant business for many years and I know that all orders should go out together. They need communication in the kitchen. This is my first and last time here. Manager’s need to learn how to make sure the kitchen is on the same ticket.

This place is trash 17 dollars for a burnt piece a spoon full of jambalaya no crawfish sauce your better eating out of a garbage can than this place the manger is retarded if I ever meet the owner I’ll give him a piece of my mind to place is garbage don’t waste your

I've been here several times and never really had a great experience. The last visit was one where I decided we probably won't go back. The server turned the tray off drinks off into the table (no big deal!) but gave us three paper towels to clean ourselves and the two people who got lapfuls of drink. We asked for more napkins and until someone came to mop the floor did staff realize how much drink was all over. They offered a new table but there were none readily available (clean.)The crabs were pretty but smelled really awful. Other menu items were 'okay' but nothing worth revisiting.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to access from lot to inside, spacious aisles for motility - pull out seating for chair replacement.

They were short staffed and took long then necessary to be seated but the food was decent and the waitress was nice. The food came out quick. The crawfish etouffee was cooked good and didn’t taste bad but it was on the bland side and lacked seasoning and/or spice.

Took 30 minutes to get seated. We were a large group of 15. They were busy but not completely packed. Waited a long time between after being seated and a long time after being served drinks to make order. The food was all messed up, orders lost other orders mixed up. Orders peice milled out with side dishes and main courses served 20 minutes apart. The food was bland with no flavor. The owner left earlier in the day and wouldn't come back in to help the understaffed employees. Never again for any of our group and highly recommend anyone else to go someplace else. Was there 2 and 1/2 hours and still didn't get all the food ordered.
