I visited the restaurant to pickup a mobile order on 03/01/2025. Got home and both of my quarter pounders were completely raw on the inside. Called the store and spoke with a manager named Candy and was told I couldn’t get a refund because it was a mobile order and she didn’t know how. Keep in mind…this is a “Manager”. She said and I quote “They don’t teach you everything”.

Stay away from this store. Incompetent staff serving raw food and a worthless managerial staff.

Drive thru (App purchase), last evening 2/17/25 @ 6:51pm. "Special" cheeseburger Meal #7 (No pickle/No mustard) - that was fine; but they smeared WAY TO MUCH ketchup to makeup for it...bit into it and ketchup came out of the wrapper and onto my lap :((

Fries were SUB-PAR (Warm, almost cold)....not the great-tasting, salty, hot fries usually enjoyed at a McDonald's. Had to gag them down! :((

Window lady (Sidel?) was VERY NICE!

Kind staff. Fries were hot and fresh. Learning how to use the app to get points and youbg last was very patient. Got home and realized they for the drink for the happy meal but overall okay.

I usually like eating at Mcdonald’s, however today i did a mobile order at around 9:20 for two drinks and a mcmuffin and hash brown. I got there around 9:35 and I was given my drinks and told that all they were waiting on was my hash brown. I pulled up to the #5 wait thing like they said to and sat their until 9:50. I decided to go in and try to talk to the lady, absolutely nobody was paying attention to the people up front. I had to go to school soon or I would be late and wasn’t thinking this would take this long. It finally turned 10:00 and the lady comes up and ask me what I want and I say that I want a refund because I have to go soon and she walks off laughing and mocking me. I wait a little longer around 5 more minutes and my food was still not brought out nor did I get a refund while people who ordered way after me got their food instantly.

Nothing but good things to say about this place. I hadn't had McDonald's in years. Found myself in town after a long day of travel. Great food, quick service, polite and pleasant staff. Cheers to them.

Worst McDonald's in the area have given multiple chances. Staff seems un motivated and the food is always wrong. Soda always taste dirty either bad water or lack of cleaning machines properly.. do yourself a favor and drive half a mile to the next McDonald's it will be a much better experience

I went inside to pick up a uber delivery order. The manager and some other employees were loud arguing for at least 10-15 minutes.

This McDonald's needs to be closed down! The employees are horrible and look miserable. They had long line in drive thru with no employee(s) taking orders so cars were speeding off with frustration. So I decided to go inside. Inside we were ignored and Manager even looked at us like why are we here. Guys fixing food had in ear buds not hearing Manager which made everything hectic. Food was disgusting. If it wasn't for the little ones wanting nuggets I would never and will never ever go again??

Ordered 4 regular cheese burgers. Probably the most simple request. Boy, was i wrong! I received 4 dry cheese burgers with no ketchup, mustard, and no onions. Pretty disgusted and will never spend my money here again.

This place just needs to close, employees are miserable, management sucks, service is the worse. While We were waiting to order 4 customers left including us since no one ever came to take our order. Other McDonalds are great maybe we could send management to another store to learn how to serve customers correctly. All we ask is to be greeted in a friendly manner, take our order at the counter in a timely manner, have hot food and an atmosphere of calm instead of tense. Don’t think that’s too much to ask when we are paying $25.00 for a breakfast.

they told me to park my car at spot 1 and i waited nearly an hour until eventually I had to go into the restaurant myself and tell them. I’ll never order from here again. Watch me.
