I had a mobile order that I placed it took me 20 min to get there, when I did the food still wasn’t done and all I ordered was 2 10pc nuggets and a sprite by its self and they had pull to the side and wait a extra 20 min for them to come out and give it to me and the line wasn’t even long. When I got the food , the chicken nuggets were over cooked both 10pc box’s that I ordered and the sprite tasted bad. Like how hard is it to follow a simple piece of paper or screen. Like it’s common sense and I used to work fast food and it wasn’t hard. It’s not worth going to this place for food

If only the nuggets were hot! Nothing like cardboard chicken! Granted it was about 20 minutes before close. But fast food is not good cold at any restaurant! This is not an industry secret. Keep it above the 140 degree! It just taste better hot!
Customer service was genuine. And much appreciated.

On my past three visits I’ve received either the completely wrong order, order missing various items, and items with wrong ingredients, such as asking for extra onions on a cheeseburger and getting one with ketchup only. They are charging way more than even a year ago and providing worse service. Complaints are answered with nothing done unless you provide the order number on the receipt, and then apologize and still do nothing to compensate for the money you’ve lost for this.

Family wanted McDonald's from Luling Louisiana location Sunday 7/27/25. It was disgusting! Food was like it was leftover from lunch. Took forever for these young kids working to get order together and ended up being wasted money. This location needs better Management!
